If Phil really wanted, it's as simple as reporting Raw Phil to Youtube and that channel is gone within a day.

I've always thought, and I could be completely wrong, YT tolerates/allows Raw Phil and re-streamers because it quarantines part of the DSP-verse and results in less chaos overall. The amount of customer service time they've probably dedicated to this moron over the years must be wildly disproportionate to the amount of money he actually brings in.

Here's the minute where he talks about it in the most detail.

Based on the leaked chat messages, the "as you get older, more and more things start to happen you can't control" and "one of the darkest, most emotionally wrenching times of my life", and the emotional stammer after that second line, it's got to be Linda dying. Something happening to Kat wouldn't really match the getting older line, I doubt it's Jasper because I don't think he'd leave the house for it, and we can assume Linda is the sicker of the two parents. I don't think it can be anything else, unless the gas station thing happened whilst he was recognised in public in CT or something. The "It's gonna come back and bite you" line is kind of interesting too, probably Phil thinking he had more time and put off visiting and she died before he got a chance to see her.

H3H3 kept his mouth shut and registered the video with the ... eh library of congress? Something something in the US that allows him to sue in regards of copyright. He did not announce any of it. Smells like bluffing.

There is legit nothing DSP can actually do besides false flag spam and just make himself look like a retard. Other people who do this stuff to their detractors just end up giving up because it never actually does anything.

He toned it down as the stream went on, but for the first 20 to 30 minutes or so, dude was fucking sailing. He said his past week was gut wrenching, detractors will pay, but he's back let's get some goals, all with a pep in tone. It was fucking weird because with the way he was, you'd expect some sort of lottery win or something that just removed all the stress; he can breath, the sun is shining, his life has color, and it's a great fucking day, no matter what he talked about. He toned it down and became more like his usual self, but the first 30 minutes or so, he was fucking sailing on a cloud of gold dust.
