Now that we're in a new era of bosstent and my failure will be quickly buried under squirting clips and pics Boss' new Audi, I'm here to admit that I let you all down. I said I would listen to Sweet Honey on repeat my next workout in solidarity when he got arrested last time. I was partway through my lift, 13 Sweet Honeys in, when I realized it was Saturday and I still needed to get in a day of missed cardio for the week. I wept for my gains as I was going to have to do it post lift, but that also meant I had an unplanned hour of workout left. I was staring down the barrel of at least 20 Sweet Honeys until I was done.

They say God give his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. I am not counted among them. I finished my lift, 17 Sweet Honeys total, but then put on podcast for cardio. I'm so sorry. Dropping a 5 pack in the hopes I can be forgiven.
