This struck me as super interesting too, especially after her post about hormones and birth control.

In her realization of "oh wow messing with the natural course of my hormones has been awful for me" how often did she start thinking of Jazz and his "journey?" That her brother has never had his natural hormones? She started her birth control after her period, Jazz never even touched puberty and is now on a place where he never can. She could get off birth control, jazz can't re-attach his testicles.

Then describing how healthy orgasms are knowing her brother has never reached that peak. And she's describing orgasms mid period, one of few true experiences ONLY WOMEN know. Again, something her brother with his flesh pocket can only imagine or read about.
