I was talking to some friends about this the other day, and I had a novel idea. We allow the brown people in to do absolutely awful jobs for very low wages, which they would do, because it is still more than they would make in Mexico, and America is safer and better, however, here's the kicker: the browns are capped at receiving 40% of what the average wage for that job is, and the employer is required to pay 50% of the average wage into a welfare fund to subsidize the white working and middle class.
For instance, let's say some cotton picker would make $10/hr on average (I'm using round numbers for emphasis, not for realism), the browns would be capped at $4/hr, but the employee would be required to pay $5/hr equivalent into the "White Renaissance Fund," which is then used to improve the lives of white Americans directly. Everyone wins. Naturally, the browns would also be banned from owning property, receiving health care, having children, voting, going to school, and speaking Spanish.
