You don't need a lot of money to look stylish either. Just an eye for... well style. This screams of someone who has never been taught by her mother on how not to look like an eyesore.

Let's go to my favorite show- The Goodwife.
Here's some SS
However if we want to go trully ICONIC we need to look nowhere else but Kalinda Sharma (The darker lady in the pictures).
Where patterns ARE used they are never loud and the eye is always balanced out with a neutral color (or black for that matter).
That red blouse especially- not too loud but it is balanced out with a black.
By balanced out I mean- say you split the body into two one part takes one color the other something to balance it out. (black is the best).

The outfit is already unbalanced (see what I did there?) and the focus is drawn too much to the top.
The above suggestion is very nice and can have a pop of color as well without a pattern. It is VERY tough to pull patterns off- especially for a fat beesh.

On a funny note I googled garish patterns and this is what came up not even half way down the page.

I'm ready to put this to rest and people can do with the information as they see fit. Chris decided against the interview because not only did his psychotic sister make violent threats she also threatened to have him fired from his job. She's out of control and he believes there's a high chance she is on something harder than the Canadian weed. Also as far as BBJ is concerned he admitted she passed shortly after she was "rescued", and donations continued to pour in and she said nothing. The community deserves closure and unfortunately this is probably all you will ever get. I'm washing my hands of this entire situation, it's icky.
