Looks like there is a new jeet wrangler in charge of the H1-Bs: Joseph Edlow

New USCIS Director Takes H-1B Fraud Seriously

Joseph Edlow has officially taken charge as the new Director of US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and he’s already making it clear that fraud in the H-1B system won’t be tolerated. Edlow, a Trump nominee, was confirmed by the Senate in a narrow 52–47 vote. He’s known for treating USCIS not as a service agency, but as an enforcement body. And now, with full control, he’s expected to launch a serious crackdown, starting with the H-1B program.

His past stints at USCIS and ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) show a clear pattern of aggressive vetting and document scrutiny. That’s bad news for consulting firms, staffing companies, and genuine workers who might get caught in the crossfire. Already, people have been reporting increased site visits and a surge in RFEs (Requests for Evidence) from the authorities. For Indians on H-1B visas, this could bring back memories of Trump’s first term, as long delays, high rejection rates, and sudden policy shifts might follow.

Moreover, Edlow has openly shown his intention to end the OPT (Optional Practical Training) program that gives a work permit to international students for up to a year. As expected from a Trump nominee, the USCIS is set for a major overhaul, and if pursued in the right spirit, busting H-1B fraud will only be beneficial for genuine visa applicants, who will welcome this change. However, the ground reality remains to be seen.

Already working over time to pump up those ICE numbers:

Deportation Threat: DHS Ignores H-1B Grace Period
An Immigration lawyer recently reported a shocking deportation notice from DHS (Department of Homeland Security) to his H-1B client, even though he was still within his legal period. Sameer Khedekar, an immigration attorney and founder of Vanguard Visa Law, took to LinkedIn to share an NTA (Notice to Appear) issued to the H-1B worker after he was laid off by his employer. However, as per the visa law, he was still within his allowed 60-day grace period after losing his job.

The 60-day grace period was always meant to give legal breathing room to the immigrant workers. But now, DHS seems to be treating petition withdrawal by the employer as the end of lawful status, no matter what the person does afterward. One law firm says their client, who had applied for a change to H-4 well within the deadline, still got a court summons. They fear that if this continues, even those trying to switch to a B-2 (visitor visa) might get dragged into immigration court.

Lawyers say this could be either a bureaucratic mistake or a deliberate enforcement shift. Either way, it’s dangerous and scary for workers who are already heavily reliant on their jobs to stay in the US.

You can't even deny Trump had anything to do with Epstein
Of course they "had something to do" with each other, they all went to the same parties. The issue is that there's zero evidence that their involvement revolved around raping kids or going to the island. It's nothing but empty accusations with no factual basis beyond people vaguely gesturing towards pictures of them together at parties and saying "well he must be guilty SOMEHOW!"

Epstein admittedly "had nothing" on Trump before his death even when rolling over may have saved his life, the investigations turned up absolutely nothing incriminating on Trump, the Little Saint James victims gave direct statements that Trump never assaulted them, the Epstein investigation team consistently stated that Trump was nothing but helpful and cooperative the entire time, Trump was one of the first people to try and report Epstein to the FBI after he banned him from his properties in the 2000s, and the absolute biggest smoking gun people could find throughout that entire series of events was Trump appearing on Epsteins flight log a single time.

Except it wasn't on the Lolita Express and he never went to the island, the flight was to Florida and it was on a random smaller jet that Epstein just owned. So even that meant literally nothing.

Face it. Every single piece of factual evidence has done nothing but exonerate Trump regarding Epstein, and retarded faggots will still mindlessly believe any microscopic piece of smoke to validate their pre-exisiting opinions about him, including fake gay love letters pulled out of the WSJ's asshole. If he were actually as guilty as everyone keeps insisting then horsehit like that wouldn't be needed.

Stories like this one combined with the removal of illegals is why I say the current administration is still a net-positive, covering for kiddy-fucking aside.

As bad as the epstein pedo-cult coverup is, directly opposing and pushing back against both the transgenda and the demographic-and-class warfare that elite globalist, mercantilist interests are currently waging against the American people is far more important. Sue me

Highlight surfer, so forgive me of it's already been posited:

What if a foreign power made it known to Trump that they could, and would, under a false flag, nuke an American city if the files were released? (or some lesser 1000+ mass casualty event)

Or legit serious death threats against the families of Trump and multiple administration officials? 50 simultaneous text messages with 5-minute-old pictures of officials' children, nieces, nephews.

I mean, it's not impossible, but is raw speculation really what we want to go with?
