If you live in one of the western former br'ish colonies (Australia, New Zealand, Canada etc.) your justice system has become so incredibly fucked that you should consider it useless at best, and your enemy at worst.

If it seems like it gives chance after chance to perverts like Yaniv, or the 16 year old machete wielding youf who are out on bail for the 12th time, it's for two reasons: firstly it's incredibly pozzed and will use the same DEI logic to rationalise not putting these type of people in prison, and secondly because these types of criminals are all invariably unemployed unqualified bums who have no real future to speak of anyway.

Yaniv's life hasn't materially changed with having a criminal record because he hasn't tried to find a real job in years. They effectively don't pay fines or court costs because if you're already on welfare they're just going to garnish a few bucks out of it indefinitely.

If you're gainfully employed, the justice system absolutely WILL fuck you up with fines, and a criminal record will preclude you from many skilled jobs. If you've gone to university for a career, you can probably kiss that goodbye if you're carrying an assault charge.

Furthermore, you are in a WORLD of shit if they can rationalise your crime as a hate crime. You could find Yaniv in your bathroom sucking the menstrual blood out of your daughter's tampons, but if you dare call him a tranny while restraining him, you better believe they're going to throw the book at you.

I would encourage you all NOT to take the law into your own hands, but absolutely do not fedpost about it either. Right now Australia has "teens" starting machete fights in malls and the cops are powerless to stop it, but you better fucking believe Law and Order: Shitposters Unit is making regular visits to the homes of people who dare complain on Facebook about the current state of public safety.

The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms announces that Canada Galaxy Pageants (CGP), a beauty competition based in Mississauga, Ontario, continues to face a drawn-out human rights complaint filed in 2019 by Ms. Jessica Yaniv (also known as Ms. Jessica Simpson). Despite repeated delays, missed deadlines, and inadequate filings by Ms. Simpson, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (Tribunal) has allowed the case to continue—imposing years of uncertainty, stress, and reputational harm on pageant activities and its organizers.

On July 8, 2025, lawyers provided by the Justice Centre wrote to the Tribunal requesting that the complaint against the pageant be dismissed.

The conflict began in 2019, when Ms. Jessica Simpson (identifying at the time as Ms. Jessica Yaniv) was asked whether she had fully transitioned to female prior to competing in a CGP beauty pageant. Ms. Simpson refused to answer and filed a complaint with the Tribunal, seeking $10,000 in damages for “injury to dignity and feelings” and a ruling against the pageant that it must allow biological males to participate alongside biological females and young girls.

CPG pageants are private events that include female competitors as young as six years old, and require participants to change together backstage.

The pageant has a policy of accommodating fully transitioned transgender women, but has expressed safety and privacy concerns about allowing individuals with intact male genitals to access these female-only spaces.

There has not been a human rights case in Canada that has dealt with whether children’s emotional, mental, and physical safety should take precedence over a transwoman’s desire to access a female changeroom.

In January 2025, the Tribunal directed both parties to file hearing materials. While the pageant complied, submitting nine witness statements, including from concerned parents, Ms. Simpson repeatedly failed to meet deadlines and produced inadequate submissions. Ms. Simpson was nevertheless granted multiple extensions, but still failed to submit a proper case summary or witness list beyond naming her own mother.

The Tribunal has not yet indicated whether it will proceed to a hearing or will finally dismiss the claim.

Constitutional lawyer Allison Pejovic stated, “This beauty pageant has already made reasonable accommodations for fully transitioned transgender females without male genitals.”

“It is imperative that biological women and girls have safe, secure, female-only places where they won’t have to worry about seeing male genitals, or about having individuals with male genitals looking at them,” Ms. Pejovic continued. “Little girls should not be exposed to male genitals. Period.”

Canada Galaxy Pageants continues to express gratitude for the legal support it has received from the Justice Centre.

The Tribunal is expected to decide in the coming weeks whether it will finally dismiss the complaint or extend further leniency to Ms. Simpson.

It occurred to me that the standard for getting a Supreme Court order for forced sale is much, much lower than the standard for having someone evicted from residential tenancy. In fact, it's almost impossible to evict people in BC for being disruptive and annoying their neighbours. Yet you can have your home expropriated and sold against your will for slamming doors and being rude in the parking lot.

Having done so can say it's the worst. Don't buy into an enforceable contractural relationship with complete strangers. At worst it's a monarchy run by a fixated rules based nut job who keeps getting elected as chair because nobody wants the work, at best it's consensus decision making leading to inaction, sniping, infighting and misuse and waste of resources. And that doesn't even begin to deal with the actual building maintenance issues.

And Big Gunt has been sighted in the wild. There's an update on meowmix.

I'm kind of suprised the human rights tribunal is letting the case go forward. are they really that bored that they need to hear what that rambling lunatic needs to say after they fined the shit out of him during the previous cases for wasting their time and that tub of shit trying to weaponize the tribunal?
