I don't think they were. One telling thing is, why has Steven now served Josh for info on this irrelevant account but not SolyTinyLeaks account. He claimed in his affidavit he had hired another firm to take down the material but it turns out he sent Josh a single sentence email asking to have his videos removed.

Same reason he tried to subpoena JSTLK's personal info, while claiming JSTLK isn't party to the case in response to his death threats and JSTLK wanting his privacy sealed if he was going to be a witness. This is all just to get personal info to harass people who have exposed his degeneracy, not based on anything, just meth psychosis.

If you posted before this post, you're included in a subpoena.

We've been in contact with Ms. Doe's legal team for a while and they're being pretty reasonable, so we indicated we don't intend to object to any of their requests, however we insisted on them getting a court order.

I sent them a list of messages, deleted and visible, their edit history, their attachments, and all moderation actions taken in the thread. They did not broadly request user data, and the user they did request data on I had nothing to provide due to our retention policy.
