You're being obtuse here. Denying people -- and particularly profoundly unattractive people -- the right to have sex with prostitutes at an affordable rate, ideally at a rate that's subsidized by the state -- is a systemic violation of the rights of horny, ugly men.

This is obviously an issue that's right up the ACLU's street. All the more so if they've just hired a relatively young lawyer who graduated from an ivy league law school and hasn't yet quite figured out how to say no to pushy, obnoxious creeps.

When I was a kid, my favourite place to go to was Louis Toussard's Wax Museum in Blackpool. The main room was full of celebritiies, so today, you'd have Taylor Swift in the main room. The next room was the Chamber of Horrors and that was full of waxworks of serial killers. Crippen cutting up his wife in the bath. Jack the Ripper. A reconstruction of Jayne Mansfield's car accident, etc. And then the final room was medical and anatomical curiosities. Unaccompanied children not allowed in here. It was the standard side show stuff. Two headed animal fetuses, etc. The thing that's imprinted on my brain are the waxworks of syphilitic genitalia -- male and female. I think they'd been created as Victorian medical teaching aids but they were still going strong in the late 60's/early 70's.

So while Taylor obviously belongs in the main room, would we put Russell in with the serial killers or alongside the medical curiosities?
