Somebody's clerk is a weeb.

When even the justice system starts doomposting.
They are at the point where their last hope that Greer will cooperate like a non-spastic failed. Maybe both judges are trying to figure out the precise balance of tard-slapping and legal analysis are required to have their next judgements get auto-affirmed on appeal.

I like to think someone in the 10th Appeals is lurking this docket and the Sony one, silently hoping their mess doesn't boomerang back to their plate, or get noticed by Daddy SCOTUS.

I was more talking about this:

Probably this:
Any period of delay resulting from a continuance granted by any judge on his own motion or at the request of the defendant or his counsel or at the request of the attorney for the Government, if the judge granted such continuance on the basis of his findings that the ends of justice served by taking such action outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. No such period of delay resulting from a continuance granted by the court in accordance with this paragraph shall be excludable under this subsection unless the court sets forth, in the record of the case, either orally or in writing, its reasons for finding that the ends of justice served by the granting of such continuance outweigh the best interests of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial.

Why this action should not what?! Pamper him? Kiss him his disability away?
I was trying to parse your comment when I realized you were referencing Greer's infamous words.

Strange how that Greerisms are almost Spanish in their construction. "Chupáme mi pene" or "que me chupes mi pene."

Isn’t “Show Cause” basically an invitation to plightsperg? Goddamns it I hope the popcorn crops are doing well this year.
Basically. The last time Greer had to show cause, since he wasn't prosecuting the case, he just plightspergged that his Dad he never sees was sick, that he was homeress, and that the 10th circuit said he won already so the Judge couldn't dismiss the case.
