S.401 - Fair Access to Banking Act

Australians try to push this national identity of being irreverent and salt-of-the-earth, laughing when people get mad or take things seriously, but then have the most fascist, censorious and effeminate government of all time. The UK gets the biggest ration of shit, but Australians are worse.
They're the shitposters of the world, with their own containment country. Too bad it's not very effective.

gr8 movie btw

but on a serious note, underneath all the (justified) rageposting, ultimately your message is very simple, which is that payment processors shouldn't be able to arbitrarily prevent people from doing business based on some vague 'moral' guidelines.

that said, if you want to appeal to a broader audience, the crassness of your language could potentially put some people off. of course, whether such people are even worth considering is an entirely different question.

tbh i was also taken aback by 'holes', but i routinely call men scrotes so i don't have much of a leg to stand on.

Steam might ban games and prevent you from buying them as a middleman. But if a game is hosted on a site of its own (like escape from tarkov), can a payment processor stop you from spending money on a site entirely?
Yes. In fact, they can stop you from spending money for any reason they like including you attempting to accept payments from outside systems they don't like.

I think so, I recall something like this being an issue with a few Japanese sites. Effectively, the processors don't have to allow any transactions and the site is crippled until they either find another avenue to process payment (lol), or the site 'decides' to step back in line.

Yeah, because in the wake of his murdering that CEO we’ve seen mass reform to healthcare, executives everywhere stopped being greedy cunts, and everything became sunshine and roses.
Oh wait.

Go fed post somewhere else retard
I could be misremembering but after he was murdered didn't his company start being way too generous to the point where they got sued by shareholders?

nigga if he wanted to appeal to a broader audience he would have posted it on X or substack.
why does anyone think he needs to win people over on his own website?
i was assuming at some point he would post this on substack or another 'normie-facing' website

how is the site processing transactions? money orders and checks? a processor can kill a store by refusing a merchant account.

Justin Trudeau also did the same by forcing banks to freeze accounts of people associated with or donated to the Freedom Convoy. China also does the same thing by banning people's WeChat accounts for people that do any act that goes against the CCP, since WeChat is the most common payment method in China, and getting cut off by that effectively means that you're debanked.

And to think libertarians 15 years ago were talking about how cryptocurrency was created to prevent all of this...
I mean, it was, but barely anyone uses it for goods and services because they are all afraid of parting ways with a few coins and, suddenly, missing out on milions in the future.

Anyway, Null, have you ever thought about how you would monetize this website if you had full-on access to banking? Would you create premium accounts or something and paywall some of the content? By the way, how long have you had this problem for? I know you always talk about Liz-Fong Jones when it comes to this type of shit, but were you able to monetize the Farms in any way ever? I know that you've monetized the streams, but probably because it doesn't automatically registers to people that MATI is KF related.
