It was suddenly ok to be white and male again, and they had all these lad mags that all had big chested women on the cover and articles like: “Top Ten Biggest Explosions Ever” and “How To Get Laid Without Having Money”.

The 2010’s sucked donkey dick, but the 2000’s were fun. Unless you were stuck in a foxhole in Iraq I guess.

Trump told the New York Post that he has “always liked the visas.” The H-1B visa program allows employers to temporarily hire non-U.S. citizens for highly skilled jobs.

“I have many H-1B visas on my properties. I’ve been a believer in H-1B. I have used it many times. It’s a great program,” he said, according to the outlet’s report.

I really can't tell if there are people out there who literally don't understand realpolitik or if they're all just pretending to not.

He can't come out and say "fuck off we're full, the Marines are coming to throw your asses out this weekend." The TechBros would turn on him and the Boomers would lose their shit becuase the line wouldn't go up and logistically no one would be able to obey even if they WANTED to and whoops, turns out if you order something done as a leader and they defy you you have a huge problem.

We need to get to 0 H-1Bs. How do we get there? By slowly tightening the noose around the techbros, cutting them off from their serfs. Make it a pain in the ass to get H-1Bs, make it so they're not the I-Win button solution to payroll, et cetra. Each step makes it more appealing to just use Americans instead.

This is the "lets get them to self deport" tactic but for H-1Bs.

Somewhere out in the world right now, a CTO is looking at his labor expenses while on the phone with a Cognizant rep. Large layoffs, followed by what looks like a great quarter, then the CTO leaves, then the Indians fuck the place into the ground. A tale as old as time. There's a new CTO born every day that's willing to mortgage his company's future to look like a genius for 2 quarters. Just long enough to do a "digital transformation" and peace out to some other company to fuck up.
