I actually didn't know this, but since anyone can change the tags, I thought "maybe there is a "tag history" of sorts," and lo and behold, there is. Using the post's ID number, you can see when each post got its tags added. I will remind everyone else that based on his e621 account and favorites, Claudio at least used e621 from 2015-2020 (maybe 2021), took a break, and then is implied to have returned for a short time in 2023 for some reason. Note that I believe e621 uses "young" in place of cub now, so anything with the "young" tag is actually cub.

For the tag history of the Bambi post (archive), the post got the "young" tag added on April 12, 2021, got the "young-on-young" tag on March 4, 2022, and got the "adolescent-on adolescent" tag on October 11, 2024.

For the tag history of the post with the dog and rabbit (archive), its very first iteration had the "cub" tag, which was never removed; on February 2, 2022, it got the "young_on_young" tag; on October 8, 2023, it would get the "musculur_cub" tag; and on December 30, 2023, this post would get the "dominant_young" tag, the "muscular_young" tag (I presume to replace the "muscular_cub" tag), and the "young_anthro" tag.

For the tag history of the post with a very young-looking lizard (archive), this post got the "young" tag on May 22, 2021:
