Before you retards start screeching about this, he is invoking his rights because he knows the question is a trap. If he says yes he has, even if was a public or social event, the context doesn't matter, it can be used against him. If he says no, the prosecution will look to disprove that and again use it against him in court.

Since I have not browsed the cesspool that is this thread in a long while, can someone give me a quick rundown on the current coping talking points on Trump's handling of the Epstein files?

Thank you bros.
I'll give you a serious answer to your bait post:

Those that hold Trump up as a God Emperor are saying it doesn't fucking matter, they're sick of talking about it and want to change the subject because it risks hurting Trump or the midterms.

Those of us that think it's important, but not the only issue are resigned to the fact Justice is dead, but maybe we can carry on with deporting taco stand abuelas again and try again later. Don't let perfect be the enemy of good.

And the doomers plus @Fatpacks say "Everything is over, the west is fallen, we should have voted for the sand nigger lady because at least then we'd be comfortable in the knowledge that we're fucked which is its own kind of certainty and being right is more important to us than actually improving the situation."

And normies don't give a fuck because 401K go up, eggs don't cost an arm and a leg anymore, and there weren't as many faggots tromping around waving their genitals at kids on the street during pride month this year.

I'm more curious why Epstein was being asked about Trump in a 2010 deposition than I am the answer he gave. The prosecutor didn't just pull that name out of thin air, something prompted that line of inquiry.

Wasn't Trump one of the few people that came forward offering his cooperation with the police?

If Trump had testimony that something happened while they were in the same vicinity, you'd want to ask this question so you can either attack Epstein's credibility for lying about it or remove a potential argument from Epstein's defense.

The fuck happened to the 9th Circuit? Seems like it was a total libtard stronghold up until a few months ago, what changed?
Appeals courts have two (potential) phases: a panel of three randomly selected judges from the circuit here the case, then decide it.
Then it may be taken en banc, which is when all the active judges hear and decide the case.

9th circuit is fucking massive, with 29 justices. This means that their en banc hearings are only done with 10 randomly selected justices.
So you may draw a great panel of all trump appointees for the initial hearing, then get fucked at en banc. Or vice versa, get a trio of Clinton-Obama-Biden appointees, then a en banc panel with a ton of Trump appointees. So it can be a bit schizo as far as decisions go.

One thing I really do like about the current Trump admin is that he put people in charge that actually look at the agencies rules and regulations and ask if they are fucking stupid or not.

These small pointless regulations have grown for decades with never ending government control over even the smallest parts of American’s lives and it just makes everything more annoying and worse. Its small but it matters.

That would make sense if Trump was one of the witnesses they had willing to testify against him and they were trying to get Epstein to acknowledge an event Trump would testify about. I'd still like to see the questions that led up to that one.

Wrong. Trump is the Epstein president. You will be shocked come next election.
Nothing ever happens. The normies will forget this as fast as they forgot Trump bombed Iran.

Yes, but then they wouldn't be able to use out of context bullshit to tar and feather Trump.

We should make it as hard as possible for the government to legally kill us.
On the one hand, yes

On the other hand, if you are proven to have committed a capital crime, a capital punishment is the fair response. Taxpayers don't need to pay for the rest of that criminals life unless it's with a couple of bullets. The alternative is prison becomes bread and water provided by the mercy and generosity of the warden alone.

it's funny how they made problems trying to justify their existence and now are fixing them because someone new in management realized how retarded that actually is

We conclude that California’s ammunition background check meaningfully constrains the right to keep operable arms. California’s ammunition background check regime regulates all ammunition acquisitions by California residents; the regime applies not only to every transaction in California but also to ammunition purchases by California residents outside the state.
Given the fees and delays associated with California’s ammunition background check regime, and the wide range of transactions to which it applies, we conclude that, in all applications, the regime meaningfully constrains California residents’ right to keep and bear arms. Thus, it is not a “presumptively lawful regulatory measure[].”

Holy shit they got one right!

I always wondered how this worked. Like does anyone know? If I sold you a bullet today and then another tomorrow, like a single fucking round of ammo, even in a private sale, are we suppose to go through a BG check? Were people allowed to buy just a straight up truck of ammo with one BG check?

Anyway, good to see something positive happening. Now strike down Donbo'si and R politicians' favorite backdoor gun control method: red flag laws.

Both sides don't want the Epstein log/files being released to the public because every single politican in D.C is a traitourous pedophile nigger. This isn't a Democrat vs Republican issue, it's the American people vs the D.C pedo elite

You say this like Trump didn't lose his first set of mid terms in a much more favorable environment and then lose reelection. Technically, history is on the side of the doomers on this one.

Republicans can pull out of this tailspin, but they'll need to pass a big piece of legislation if they want to beat the Epstein rap. Maybe if Trump actually got a ceasefire in Gaza or Ukraine that would be enough. Either way, it will need to be big.

It's nice to think this will be the "Epstein Election." However, Joe Biden is a known pedophile who has molested dozens of children during public events such as medal of honor ceremonies, swearing-in ceremonies, and just any opportunity for raping--Joe will take it. Let's not forget that he raped Tara Reade. (After all, shoving your fingers into somebody's pussy is "rape," and that's what Biden did to Tara.)

Additionally, people who are against Epstein are also against trannies. I just don't see Epstein having a strong enough influence to make Republicans vote for the TNC.

Now, what may happen is Republican voters like me will stay home. Why the fuck would I vote for JD Vance?
