Could Bex be setting up this "I'm being abused!" narrative not just to get back at Daniel for dumping her ugly lazy ass, but also for free Domestic Violence gibs/DV victim relocation grants? I believe the state of California has a rather generous domestic violence victim fund to help women, especially mothers, escape such horrific circumstances.

Yeah I think Becky is fairly precluded from stuff like this by the fact that she already has a legal spouse who is not the accused party. She's not a suddenly single Mom; she's an idiot who's side piece left her.
Similar to how it makes no sense that he was on his insurance since that's illegal when the "domestic partner" is married to someone else. She's either lying there or was committing insurance fraud.

Not a chance imo, the accommodations would be far too modest for her taste and no chance battered women’s shelters are offering relocation for tagalong husbands with hurty feels. This is her big one I think, her parting shot to destroy his reputation (or attempt to, if she still had clout) and blow everything up on the last day to be the biggest pain in his ass possible because she was never going to go quietly.
I think it was DMG who said she’s probably leaving her bullshit for him to sort through and I believe that, she seems the type to be vindictive enough. Like, “fine if she wants to replace me so bad the bitch can clean through/live around my trash”. Plus since she had to flee (read:embarrassed herself) she has an excuse to hang around and inconvenience him longer. Yep. This is her attempt to burn his life to the ground and she'll continue trying to do that for the next 18 years. That LFJ is even commenting means that Becky is roping in anyone she knows who has clout in the tech industry, although I'm not sure that LFJ still has the same level of influence to disrupt lives that she had a few years ago.

If Daniel were based (as well as the asshole Bex paints him out to be) he could move to a Red state like Texas for his primary residence (where child support is capped/not particularly generous) and argue in a good Christian Texas court to get his name removed from Hannah's birth certificate, since a 3 parent birth certificate is zany lawless California nonsense, & Jackson is Becky's legal husband/the original father on the birth certificate.

Maybe shes setting up the abuse narrative because she wants to use part of the battered woman relocation services?
She can tell them she has a townhouse already sorted out to live in with 'flatmates' but she needs help to pack and move all of her stuff out in the one day she can be sure not to bump into the abusive monster and get re-traumatised...
She might be able to grift a crew of big strong men to pack up her stuff/protect her while she is in 'such a vulnerable position', incase Daniel objects to her taking whatever she feels belongs to her regardless of actual owner .

Daniel is Hannah's biological father. I doubt any state is going to remove him from her birth certificate, even if he relinquished all parental rights. We also don't have any idea what he wants in terms of a relationship with Hannah. It could be anything from a purely financial relationship to shared physical custody.
While Becky did accuse Daniel of being a rapist when he tried to break up with her back in the day (I think she's levelled that accusation at every guy who has ever dumped her), that's not why he was fired.
