It always has been divided. If the CCP loses the ability to enforce current borders its over. Though Southern Mongolia and most of Manchuria are pretty much in the bag at this point, i doubt those would leave even given the choice.

If they make a move on Taiwan and don't manage to take it, probably a few years after that.

The issue with balkanizing China is that basically all of the new countries made besides "Proper China" can't sustain themselves so they'd functionally still be under the rule of China or a neighboring country through trade.

'And subject to the jurisdiction thereof' simply means the law of this place applies to them. I.E. the parents weren't foreign diplomats with immunity and/or subjects of foreign allegiances. I understand the new novel internet theory you're going with but it's just not serious. Many SC cases would need to be overturned first.
There is literally zero reason laws should be written in legalese other than Lawyers being the scum that they are enjoy breaking the law. There is absolutely ZERO fucking reason it couldn't just say "Children of recognized Americans the time of signing and slaves are American citizens".

Lawyers are fucking scum and should be holocausted en-masse.

Pretty much every righty YouTuber I listen to have made derogatory comments against Trump over it, I've heard a lot of the Podcast race had episodes kvetching over it, and this thread was dog shit for a solid week over people disenfranchised by the promise made to them by their enemies not fulfilled by their side. It'll probably be old memories in a year and a half for the majority but I bet some niggercattle will still be sperging out over it next year.
