Why are you implying Reddit is correct about anything? Especially on the topic of politics. The only people I trust about this topic are actual developers who coded actual things, I'd even trust someone who only coded a website and that's all they did.

The kind of "coders" who are against SKG and how it should operate as a law are literal braindead faggots who are the kind of people who use a million AWS instances for their indie project, use a million different ways to obscure CSS, along with a million extensions for the IDE or else "how can they code". They're bloatware personified and I hate them.

My example of this working perfectly fine in practice will always be Minecraft, coded by some Swede in his basement, multiplayer worked perfectly fine as third-party servers, then after being taken over by Microsoft; it's still working perfectly fine.
