It's ragebait. The EU has absolutely not said that they won't honor the deal and definitely are not gloating about lying to Americans. All they are saying is very true, that the EU, being a capitalist leaning mixed market similar to the US, cannot just demand companies invest in the US. That investment must come voluntarily from private companies. Additionally, the skepticism that the $600bn can be met is not skepticism of it being possible at all, just skepticism that it can be done without EU government intervention. The EU commissioner hasn't announced incentives or a timeline. How I read it is that private companies and investors are waiting to see what incentives the EU will be offering to European companies to invest in the US, not that Europeans aren't going to invest at all.
If I promised you a million dollars, and after we agreed on it, I suddently told you that I will not give you even a cent, would you feel I was honest or a liar (intentional or otherwise)?
This doesn't actually mean it's not going to happen, though. This kind of just seems like EU bureaucrats being autistic.
Isn't that a reason enough to seek a real deal not "ah, maybe we'll do it" deal? Furthermore, Trump should not allow EU to make promises it does not intend to keep or are too autistic to fulfill.

I was thinking about this, as you said either side can just go ahead and set tariffs unilaterally regardless of this, so if they don't invest then Trump could just change the deal. Might as well wait and see; not the whole term though, all I'm seeing is that $600 billion was promised over "years", but if there weren't explicit intermediate targets then...make some up.

I though STEM was considered a golden ticket more or less
It was, for a bit. Then we started letting infinite immigrant STEM students in, and "letting them in" became a moneymaker itself. At this point, going to college is basically

1. Go to college
2. Earn a degree
3. ????????????
4. Profit!

So many, many people have done the first two steps, but college was sold to everyone as the ticket to a career, rather than just a job. There was no step 3 ever considered, unlike trade school

1. Go to trade school
2. Learn a trade
3. Ply your trade
4. Profit!

With college, the vast majority of graduates will never actually flex their degree aside from flashing it to "prove" they are worth hiring (because "I went to college" pride). What good is that STEM degree if you are literally just cleaning and autoclaving glassware all day as a disposable lab technician?

What good is that STEM degree when your Indian interviewer prefers an Indian graduate over you and lets HIM clean the glassware instead of you? Not only does the degree do less than nothing for you (since you paid for it) but it's not even helpful for the one thing they promised it was good for...because everyone has them now.

Ok big reveal
It's called "big" pharma for a reason. Pharmaceuticals are some of the most overpriced substances in the world and if they ever stop making record profits, they'll just jack up the price because both insurance companies and desperate dying Americans will still pay it. So, they can always afford to hire, and more people means more research and 'breakthroughs' which means more grants and profits.

Plus, how else are they going to be ready for the next payola pandemic?

This was really eye opening to me.

I am pretty sure that speech has been debunked several times already.
Remember, Big Oil is also a thing

RFK where are the low drug prices?!

this leaves out lots of jobs or company it might not deem as "scientist" jobs
In order to get a scientist job, you have to have a PhD. Grad schools blatantly discriminate against American students and also pay them less than minimum wage (after accounting for hours worked). Foreigners don’t care about the low wages because they view it as a fee for a visa and many of them are from wealthy families. Nowadays, even the professors are foreigners and they aren’t shy about preferring their own ethnic group. Most smart Americans go into industry where they can earn real money after getting their Bachelor’s, but that means that they don’t get the coveted “scientist” title.

A lot of scientists at companies (at least in my field) are assholes who refuse to do any implementation work, believing it to be beneath them and pawning it off to non-scientists. This has the side effect of making their papers useless because they don’t know enough about their own work to write about it because someone else did it.

The decline of science sadly happened years ago when universities decided to stop training actual scientists. I’m subscribed to numerous small YouTubers who do more experiments/projects in their garages with limited resources than entire federally-funded research labs. It’s sad how their talent has been wasted because some low-IQ foreigner was given their spot in school.

Wind turbines are monuments to neoliberalism and ought to be abolished. Ursula von der Leyen, über-shitlib president of the European Commission, does not seem to be enjoying herself as Trump explains why:

To sum up, wind turbines are economically inefficient, require coercive subsidies, ruin scenic beauty, cannot be disposed of, are made mostly by the Chinese, have no measurable effect on the supposedly problematic weather, kill birds (prominently including America’s national symbol), kill whales, have failed in von der Leyen’s home Germany, create noise pollution, are a con job, and consequently should not be allowed.
They are also unironically the most unpredictably dangerous form of energy.

Its all that and there is one more part that really seals the deal

China is 4 of the top 5 manufactures of these things

ALLEGEDLY in a hypothetical situation they were the bearers of a very nasty little electrical grid Trojan

Dont take my word for it though let the man himself tell you

your about to hear the words from 4 star US General Keith Alexander, former DIRECTOR of the NSA

I encourage every American to hear his words, he isent dooming or fearmongering but plainly stating how dangerous the situation is if left unchecked

Ok so let me ask you all a question. Since 1940 how much money has Africa received?

The answer is between 1.20 to 3.6 billion dollars. Mind you that money comes from a mix of “humanitarian” aid, charities, and your taxpayer money, and yet despite that despite all that money and countless organizations trying to help Africa, the continent has barley improved.
How much more money how much more time is needed to be given to Africa before it becomes properly developed? How many more years or decades worth of education telling white people that they should feel bad about what their acensteros did hundreds of years ago before we realize that Africa is nothing but a money pit. That all this effort is wasted because no matter how many times we try to pay for our sins it will never be enough. My solution is to cut all aid to Africa globally and let the continent figure itself out.

Remember, Big Oil is also a thing
Just like Yellowstone and Tyler Sheridan's other works have subversive messaging, predominantly aimed at cultivating self destructive behaviors in white people, Landman has some doozies. Mostly around how wealthy whites should feel blessed to shack up with a goblina and raise someone else's brown baby (of which every known male relative is stupid, violent, a criminal, or some combination of the 3 🙄), but another big theme running though the show is "Oil must be as expensive as possible or we are all going to die."

This is a twofer:
  1. It provides social cover for Big Oil to keep prices high even while cost and regulatory barriers to drilling/refining in the US are being lowered.
  2. High oil prices lower overall quality of life, allowing hicklibs like Sheridan and his benefactors to position themselves to "solve" that issue with calls for more "programs" and gibs.

So Hydro-electricity is the way to go.
Hydro requires flooding large areas of wilderness, very specific geological criteria, restricting the flow of the most precious resource of life, and run the risk of collapsing and causing a immediate devastating flood.

If the 3 Gorges Dam got what it deserves had a catastrophic collapse it washes several nuclear power plants into the Pacific and all of the farm land between them and drowns hundreds of thousands immediately.

There is no free lunch in nature.

Also nuclear is the way to go.

Two questions to ask for updates on, appreciate all the latest I can get:

1) What is the current status of the birthright citizenship executive order Trump signed into effect? I heard a judge struck it down but it got activated back recently as well via the Supreme Court? I would love to see us match the old world, or at least clearly on the way to doing so, in terms of blood citizenship in my lifetime. As I have stated multiple times in past posts the BBB expanding ICE alongside border crossings all but stopping/self-deportations on the rise give me much genuine hope for Whitening the nation again, but this too would be a massive step forward to that as well.

2) Just how badly did Trump screw the EU over in the trade deal? And while not quite as immediately relevant to America, I hear the EU got unfavorable trade deals with China and a South American delegation as well?

the idea of starting the measurement MID WORLD WAR

hell the idea of starting the measurement before decolonization

the idea there is just a discrepancy larger than the low end estimate

THE IDEA ITS ONLY BEEN 3.6 BILLION DOLLARS

Its a shit teir continent but its still a continent brudder, with sticks and stones they eek out 2 trillion in measurable USD going SOMEWHERE in there
