No. Nick and Melton can't indirectly or directly contact Aaron and if you look how Minnesota applied this before, to the appeal court level, they both clearly break no indirect contact. Lesser things have been found in breach.

Aaron didn't want to put up a single dollar and they bound him also to no indirect or direct mention. If he posted a bond, it wouldn't be so. Being a cheap retard not paying off? Shocker.

Aaron or his lawyer need to go to the cops to report it. Then the cops need to be satisfied it's a breach, fill out some forms, pass it up to a prosecutor to agree as well. By that stage the Judge is likely to rubber stamp it, as it is actually more severe than case law established breaches.

Now, why Aaron doesn't do this, I don't know. It's what Nick does. I note the time line for Aaron to have consequences was quite laggy, but in theory it should be 3 business days or so.

Aaron seems allergic to actually doing anything to protect himself or his family from Melton.

Ideally. he should be as gay as Nick is and filing constant police reports since Nick and Melton give him more than enough to work with. If he isn't then he's probably fucked.

He takes the path of least resistance and least cost everytime. Once he finally does something, like the HRO, he settles back into path of least resistance. All of his present circumstances can be blamed on it.

He should have challenged the original HRO his ex wife took. He shouldn't have plead guilty to violating it (seemed initiated by April to me), as this directly fucked his boxing, he should have posted bond for no restrictions and he should've gone to trial on the revenge porn, as we know they had no photo or witness.
