It's what vlogging channels do, try an show as much as possible and connect with their audience. I compare it to a Truman Show kind of deal.
Sometimes you get a heartbreaking story of a man trying to fight a brain tumor and ultimately failing. Other times you get child abuse.

Don't bother reporting them to the police/child services/ whatever.
Why? Because they're already under an avalanche of fucking emails from every person in the globe. People have phoned them, and they will be reviewing everything.
What fucks it up is that they have to keep replying to messages instead of getting on with an investigation. It's just going to piss them off and work in Mike's favour.
If people want to be useful, dig up more info and mike and the landwhale. With fuck-ups like these, I'm sure they have more of a past than what we already know.
The only difficult thing is that it was only last year that mike rubbed 2 brain cells together and learned how to use twitter.

I can tell you without a doubt if he goes to Federal Prison he is fucked, I did time in the Feds on a weapons charge and saw one child molester literally beaten to death - brain matter on the floor and everything. Another was beaten so badly that he shit and pissed his pants, his head looked like a lump of meat with eyebrows when it was over. In the Feds anything over Medium security and they check your paperwork. A guy comes in with that shit he can tell you whatever he wants but when we have a family member look him up its all over with. I can't really speak on the State prisons in MD though, good news is he is white and more than likely the whites make sure and check paperwork. Most of the mexicans do too.

Something to keep in mind is that counties in Maryland have a lot of home rule. Each county can set different policies on a lot of different subjects, and most importantly they can have vastly different budgets on things.
Montgomery County is one of the wealthiest counties in the country. That's where your playground story happened. It's full of SJWs like Jennifer Keller.
Unfortunately, these trash live a few miles north of MoCo in Frederick County, which is extremely rural and very rednecky. Beautiful forests and countrysides, but yeah, social services are lacking out there.
Of course, even if they were in MoCo or somewhere else, CPS reacts kind of inconsistently, and most of the time, it take some serious neglect or abuse to get them to intervene.
Like they'll probably intervene if one of the kids stabs someone or something. Solid chance they won't do anything before then though.
