OK I had a fucking day and I need to talk about it.

For years I would go to state parks and hike by myself, go down trails, wear my Merrells, bring my trail mix, listen to and be in and enjoy and appreciate the natural beauty of my state.

My girl, she's a city girl. So while I took her a few times, it wasn't the same, and I didn't enjoy it as much. I haven't had time or inclination to go to the parks in the past few years, probably not since 22'.

A few weeks ago she asked to go, so we did. A state park close to me, only about 20 miles from the city center. And it was filled with spics and jeets and I hated it. Walking a trail and seeing a woman in a hijab? Wtf is this? But whatever, it's close to some low income suburbs, and it's really a glorified park/playground than a place to hike.

Last night she said let's go today to another state park, way further north, close to 80 miles away. She wants to make it day trip, etc.

The area is gorgeous, and the demographics of those living there are white.

Without hyperbole, we were 2 of maybe 10 white people out of close to 500 people. Mostly spics, but also a tremendous amount of south east Asians. Bros, I watched a group of 50 men pray to mecca at a state park today, serenaded by short order cook music, and surrounded by egg shaped women and a quinceanera. None of this is exaggerated. We had to leave, we were shocked.

I am so tremendously angry that they destroyed my country. My girl said "it's like that video of Mall of America, and seeing only Somalis." we didn't think it could happen here and not this fast. I can't believe it!

I need them out of my country. I will vote for anyone, with any policies to get these mother fuckers out of my country. Why did our politicians do this to us? I don't understand it, they have children and grandchildren too, why would they do this to our country?

I am a 1 issue voter from now until I die.

Oh yeah if you made more money you wouldn't have to live there. Sounds like you live in a shit hole. I hope your "girl" wasn't shit testing you with that, she might be pissed that you're not making enough to marry her and move her to another state where she doesn't have to deal with that. I hope someone can get Vance or Miller's ear about this, because I'm hearing it more and more from people coming back from vacation. They went to Grand Teton thinking it would be less people than Yellowstone but it was full of jeets acting like they've never seen mountains, who probably came in from FagLeaf Land through Washington and Oregon and started moving east to molest and scam.

It's as if the illegals realized they're gonna get grabbed in Florida if they go to Disneyworld, so they decided to go to the national parks and are shitting it all up. If I understand Abbott's position it's that he's going to immediately replace them based on an opinion of an existing law. There won't be any court proceedings. If true there'll will be tons of lawsuits and injunctions flying. They won't have to shop for a judge either.

You should have read the AG opinion he’s relying on then. It outlines the procedures under law which he would have to go through, and it explicitly states that the AG will have to file in the appropriate district court and have the legislator declared vacant.
I’ll admit that I shared your opinion as well until I did the research, but apparently the Texas Election Code lays this all out pretty clearly, the novel question of law is if you can declare vacancy in these circumstances (fleeing the state to avoid a quorum).

Now, maybe Abbot will just try to executive fiat it, but given the content of the opinion he’s relying on, I am skeptical of that at this time.
