I like how Kiwi Farms had to be mentioned three times in those rules, but ED only got mentioned twice.

Pokémon like Growlithe and Fearow aren't allowed because they trigger Crystal. It's really a wonder she can even play the games or watch the anime, let alone go on any site that has Pokémon on it because those kinds of Pokémon are pretty common, and have been on a main character's team in practically every season.

First off, Genstar is not a good person. She is downright rotten, rude and lowly. She makes a big stink over words like"wolves", "rooster"or "fox".Anything she doesn't like is deemed "terrible". I'd expect her behaviour to be like this if she was 12, but she's a 27 year old woman. She lies, she slanders people and plays victim. She grooms children online. She draws under-aged fetish art. Hell, she once said her websites and wikis were for kids when she had scat, Mpreg and other things on them. To TEACH KIDS ABOUT THIS!! She is only "nice" if you pamper her and not help her on her own flaws and actions.
She traces her art. She admitted to tracing. She steals art.

I can guarantee if Genstar did anything to children in person to the point she scarred them for life or was a cold-blooded murderer and hid it pretty well from everyone she knows, you'd still be her friend/best friend/whatever and claim she does nothing wrong.

Lets take your logic and apply it to an example.
Lets say you have an older brother who's an adult. They're nice, caring and fun to be around and gets through society okay. But they have a secret. They're a registered sex offender who has touched little girls sexually and is cut off communication with some family members. Lets say you have a relative who has a little girl and you see the older brother "watching" the little girl. By watching, i mean touching the little girl countless times in a perverted fashion. Are you going to pretend you didn't see it even though the little girl is scarred for life? Or, are you gonna call them out and call the police?
Pretending to not see something when you obviously have seen it makes things worse. If GenStar was a registered sex offender, would you pretend her state records aren't real and they're just fake even though you can access it publicly on the internet?

She shouldn't be charging for her art at all. To be blunt, both of you have poor art skills. It's akin to a fifth grader charging for art.
Point commissions are a massive ripoff anyways. The only one who profits from them is DA, and that's exactly why they implemented them. At least when people charge real money (assuming their prices are appropriate for their art skills) it can go towards grocery bills, rent/mortgage payments, or new art supplies to keep doing something they enjoy.
