No factory is going to tear down their automation lines and start from scratch unless uncle Sam foots the bill up front.
I’ll give you that point because I fucked up what I wrote. The implication I intended was not solely about retooling existing factories, it was more about “Can a factory be created quickly?” “Yes, if the will is there”. My intent was more about American industrial might being freed from the shackles of bureaucracy and politics.

America could easily create a couple of prototype factories for hi-tech manufacturing, see which one works the best, then just order another 10-20 of them. Place them in economically moribund but highly populous areas across the nation. Get the EPA to stop being complete turd-slurping anti-progress asshats and not get in the way so much. Sell ‘victory bonds’ to help pay for them. There are so many ways the US could be making its own electronics, medicines (many generics are made in India), small engines, electric motors, power tools, batteries, LED’s, NVG tubes, anti-drone CIWS, the list goes on.

I'd heard of the putting orphans with Pedos German thing, but this thing was new. Not that any depravity that comes out of the Left surprises me anymore. At some point, the rage just turns cold and, as the one game says, you realize that killing these people would be righteous and thus just a chore. Patton was right.
Never forget that these subhuman filth were very high on the list of people Hitler wanted gone.

its a good tank but its not a wunderwaffe.
A tank that can run on distilled pajeets, kill anything that displeases its; sight, and can absorb enemy anti tank fire is a good tank. Unless it's run by pajeet mercs hired by arabs. Then it will get isolated, mobility killed, and have the jeets dragged screaming out of it.

Now that Trump has made flying more dangerous than driving by firing air traffic controllers, tanked the booming economy left by Biden, stripped immigrants (including legal ones) of their civil rights, sent the US decades backwards in research so ensure the Chinese own the next century, and made eggs more expensive, is it time to baby admit you guys made a mistake?

PS: And got outed as as child rapist. I forgot that part.

Sorry I’m so stupid but I still don’t get it. I have a conventional fixed-rate mortgage and the monthly payment is always the same. The majority of mortgages sold today are this type. When someone gets a 15- or 30-year mortgage, the monthly payment will be the same for the life of the loan. So again, how is the product you’re talking about superior? What benefit would I get from using a loan with a variable term?
Ah apparently it was me that was the stupid one, I take your point now.

In my experience, fixed-rate loans tend to be for only part of the loan term, after which they revert to variable rate. Once that happens if you want to go on to fixed rate again, you go into it at whichever rate is available, meaning if it’s 6%APR then that’s what you get.

If you’ve scored a term-of-loan fixed rate loan at a low interest rate then yes it would be functionally identical (and fortunate). I don’t know if the majority of loans are like this though, because banks hate getting less in interest from a home loan than they could from a different investment when interest rates go up.

Of course, it also depends on the home loan, term-of-loan fixed-rate is one thing when someone’s buying a $50k bayou gator shack and another thing altogether when they’re buying a movie star’s former retreat in Aspen.

I guess a bank would be more willing to loan at variable-term than fixed-rate as they risk no loss on variable term. I dunno, there had to be a reason these loans were offered in the first place.

Place them in economically moribund but highly populous areas across the nation.
The issue is that such places are generally full of niggers, and even white u*banites are barely human. You could place a hundred state-of-the-art gigafactories in Detroit and Cleveland, and they'd all end up destroyed by the constant, unrelenting retardation and entitlement of niggers and wiggers. Best to place them in small towns, and allow qualified people to move into the area.
stripped immigrants (including legal ones) of their civil rights
Based.

Haven't seen you around for a while. Thought you would have developed some new material, but I guess not. Many such cases. Sad.

Fixed rate benefits both buyer and lender in the same way. For the former, fixed monthly payments are easier to budget for (and are usually more affordable over time); for the latter, there's always something to be said for a steady, relatively risk-free cash flow.

firing air traffic controllers
Incorrect. Probationary FAA employees were fired, but no air traffic controllers or critical safety personnel were fired.
stripped immigrants (including legal ones) of their civil rights
hm Vague statement. But you should now that illegal immigrants have the right to be deported. Do not know what Legal immigrants you are talking about.
sent the US decades backwards in research so ensure the Chinese own the next century
Depends on the "research" you are referring to.
made eggs more expensive
Huh?
  • January 2025 (when Trump took office): ~$6.49 per dozen
  • June 2025: ~$2.52–$2.54 per dozen
Booming economy left by Biden
Is-is this ragebait?

And got outed as as child rapist. I forgot that part.
I am open to actual evidence as opposed to sperging or "facts" that
1. Are already known and prove nothing
2. Are Blueanon statements

Can we have @Fatpacks back? I prefer his doomering to this retard.

Ice agents are quitting en masse because they can't stomach the atrocities that the trump regime is making them commit. Soon there will be no one to carry out Drumphler's deportations
Do you have a Source?

Edit: If I'd refreshed to see there was an ongoing slapfight, I wouldn't have responded. Obvious bad faith.

Did you ask grok (Elom's pet robot) for this?
No, I asked whatever AI google has.
Beaners are going back, friend. Many will be brutalized on their way back to the shitholes that spawned them. This is unavoidable. You can scream into the void for the next 3.5 years, and it will not change the outcome.
