Actually youtubers typically just hand out a transparent image. The photo shoot might be green screened but easiest is to just give fans the transparent image.

I don't get why people are instantly accepting of the fact Cody has oppositional defiant disorder, of course hes angry, of course hes devastated and defiant He's had an incredibly chaotic and abusive upbringing he literally doesn't get a moments peace, that situation would be enough to drive a sane person crazy.

I agree. It's just most of the traumatic events we see filmed were long after the diagnosis and we don't currently have any evidence that he was abused in his previous home (in fact there is a video of Emma saying "I hate this place, I want to go home"). So accepting the diagnosis is a reasonable conclusion.
I also personally believe Cody is signaled out so often specifically because of his mental illness because his reactions are so much bigger as a result.

I love how everyone turns into a medical/psychiatric professional. Let's be serious. You can not diagnose or withdraw a diagnoses through the freaking internet, more so through videos that only show a fraction of a persons life.

All you good folks who want to call CPS on every lolcow with a kid ought to form a Kiwis Protecting Children squad and have your mascot be Sonichu. Go out and save Cody to the extreme.
Seriously though, CPS is about as effective as the public school system. They wouldn't be able to help Cody or Emma. Plenty of kids get emotionally/verbally/physically abused on a daily basis. I think sexual abuse is the only kind that CPS seriously pays attention to unless the kids' lives are in danger from physical abuse, and as nasty as Mike and Miss Piggy are, they're not going to have a "Cody Gets Basted and Barbecued! (GONE DELICIOUS!)" video up.

Do you need training in auto mechanics to diagnose an engine problem?
Diagnosing a medical condition is all about matching symptoms with medical conditions. You just need to know the combination of medical symptoms to look for. Some conditons need special machines, others just need to be observed.
Most mental health disorders is discovered/diagnosed entirely based on a series of questions designed to identify symptoms.
The videos are empirical evidence of symptoms. The symptoms are repeated extensively by the subject. The DSM can tell you based on the combination of symptoms if there exist a disorder that fits.
The real purpose of psychiatry degree and gaining knowledge of the subjects background is to treat the conditions.

She's uneducated as well, she's not gonna come up with an ODD diagnosis on her own.
Also Mike regularly using Photoshop but having no idea how to make a transparent PNG is hilarious to me. Has anybody watched his gaming channel?
