Um I'm not some legal expert, but the claim here is that Amber owes a debt to Tammy. This was also filed without a lawyer and she was claiming she had a laywer helping her file for slander, which this isn't. Tammy never even mentioned amber owing her a debt of over 5,000 dollars. What is this.

Wouldn't surprise me if, in addition to everything else Tammy mentioned, that ALR stiffed her on 5 grand somehow.

Also, as improbable as these lawsuits seem just in terms of getting filed I had a feeling we'd definitely see something concrete from Tammy only because ALR never even mentioned in her break announcement video the possibility that Tammy is just bullshitting and that she won't actually go through with it (which is what I would've been thinking in her place). I actually think ALR must've had some indication at least this lawsuit was coming.

This is not a debt but damages. Not sure on the full specifics but I believe this is the start. This is in small claims court and she is claiming $5,000+ in damages. This is the smart move here as it would be easier to prove without having to pay for a lawyer. If this has more legs to it, then she can advance this to civil court with a lawyer to go after pookie for more money

It might be the smart move. Just take a default judgment in small claims court, pay Tammy between 5-10 thousand, and just not talk about her anymore

There's plenty of lolsuits in gorl world, if you search the haydur nation thread there was a lawsuit between a handful of them for repeatedly claiming another reactor is a pedophile.

What happened to those lawsuits for unpaid hospital bills? Seems like they just disappeared.

I don't care if it is dismissed. Just knowing she would be forced to court is so fucking funny. Hope someone shows up and records it.
