Maybe this has been addressed, but if the trolls want Cyraxx miserable why don't they file neglect charges?

Look at his head, scabs are supposed to heal. He's been an open wound for months now.

It's either:
1 He's too retarded to take care of himself.
2 Sally is too retarded to tell him he needs to take care of himself.
3 Both 1&2.

Whatever it is there's visible neglect on someone with mental disabilities. I'm surprised he hasn't been removed from the house yet.

It is kind of difficult when both the caretaker and the subject are totally uncooperative. Its going to be wailing, screeching headache to rip Sally's precious little baby goblin away from her. On top of that, there isn't really egregious harm being done to Raxx, other than the typical fixtures of Ohio squalor. I'm all for throwing Raxx into an oldschool Asylum with hair-trigger lobotomies, but he really isn't that high of a priority for these services.

He’s not declared invalid, by legal definition he’s just a mid-30s gooner sped with Peter Pan syndrome. Might as well ask why every homeless guy under a bridge doesn't get picked up and coddled by LEOs, too.
He still has a roof over his head, and isn’t involved in gangs/drugs/pimping/violence/other crimes that are genuinely problems in Akron.

Edit: I think I misunderstood the same way MWB did. I still stand by my words that based on how the main channel is run, it shouldn't come as a surprise the second channel would be operated in a similar manner.
