For girls who have their puberty blocked and then start T, do they still grow breasts? It seems like all pooners no matter when they started transitioning go through (or want) top surgery. I’m just wondering if puberty blockers make any actual difference.

The number of gymbros with bitch tits would indicate yes.

I don't think we currently have reliable studies. We do know though that the endocrine system / genetic triggers never stop to express themselves according to their genetic very much binary female or male setup. Even puberty blocked and castrated boys will be very obviously male down the road.
I'd wager those complicit butchers try to remove every bit of tissue that could potentially grow into healthy female breasts, so that pretty much nips that in the bud ....

It seems like all pooners no matter when they started transitioning go through (or want) top surgery
Because most pooners are insecure girls who are very much afraid of becoming women for various reasons. Let me tell you that it's not a fun time when we start growing breasts - it hurts, it's confusing, and I surely don't need to mention the perverse and predatory behaviour of some shit adult males as soon as they notice.
Ask 10 young teenage girls if they'd rather not have breasts, and I guarantee that almost if not 100% would get the chop if that magically worked.

Older women who poon out have deeper brainrot and mental illnesses or may plain want to get rid of their not-so-fun bags after a lifetime of that.

Kind of apropos of nothing, I was fiddling with ChatGPT today and asking it to explain hallucinations when I decided to shoot it full of truth serum and ask it naughty questions. Outcome? ChatGPT can kind of be based if you don't just call it a tranny-loving-dicksucker:

50-80% complication rate for a 'non-standard' proceedure versus 70-85% NON-complication rate for one that docs peer review? It's more likely than you think!

I always feel like I should be able to answer these questions. Then I realise that all the flavours of ‘what happens to puberty blocked kids when…?’ Are asking about something we just don’t have data on, because the very idea of doing it even thirty years ago would have you branded as mengele-tier-abomination.
‘Nobody knows….yet.’ Is the answer

I mean we know the girls who were put on blockers for precocious puberty ended up dumber, with brittle bones, arthritis and an extra helping of random cancers. And these girls weren't on the drugs for long compared to the tranny kids of today. It's going to be a medical nightmare.

Thinking of getting revision on Previous PIV. Am I crazy? Need advice

I had PIV about 3 and a half years ago. I got very little depth due to a lack of tissue (about 3 inches- 4 if i really push). I know I want a revision to improve my depth so I'm currently waiting for a consult with doctor Theerapong to look into getting a PPV revision. However, I'm debating whether I should shell out the extra money to get a labiaplasty as well. I really like Theerapongs results, and I have a ton of aesthetic insecurities about my vulva.
However, I want to get somebody elses opinion because I'm wondering whether my aesthetics are actually bad/ clocky or if my insecurities are warping my perception a bit.

I've included a bunch of pics to give a good idea of what it looks like: the first 3 are my most flattering photos, the next 3 are ones where I feel most insecure - figured it would balance out lol.

And on that note I'd love any advice in general about this situation would be greatly appreciated

Even though this one is decently well-healed compared to many of its cuntpatriots in the thread, this vaginoplasty still manages to look distinctively unnatural by sporting more folds than napkins held together by napkin rings.

My SRS Journey So Far (with 1, 4, 8, and 12 Week Updates

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share my SRS healing journey for anyone who’s curious, in the same boat, or preparing for surgery. I know when I was researching, seeing real timelines and progress photos really helped me manage expectations.

✨ Week 1: Fresh out of surgery — lots of swelling, bruising, and honestly it felt overwhelming at first. Dilation was painful and I wondered how I’d ever manage.

✨ Week 4: Things started settling a bit. Swelling went down, stitches dissolving, and I felt more confident handling dilation. Still a lot of discharge and tenderness, but I could see my body starting to take shape.

✨ Week 8: Healing picked up a lot. Less pain, dilation became easier, and I started feeling more “normal” in my daily routine. Some granulation popped up but nothing unmanageable.

✨ Week 12: Huge difference compared to the beginning! Most of the swelling gone, scars fading, dilation is more comfortable, and I’m finally starting to feel at home in my body. I know healing is a long process, but looking back I’m proud of how far I’ve come.

If anyone has questions about my experience, dilation, pain, aftercare, or emotions, feel free to ask!

I'm not sure what it is that leads some vaginoplasties to bear the Hiscockian aesthetic - you know, that oversized, strangely inflated spider's maw-like appearance - but it always gets a sensible chuckle out of me when I come across it. It just looks like an inflamed ballsack split in two, which... well, technically, it is.

2 months PIV

First time posting on here. Please ignore the body hair. My surgery team has been great (Dr. Douglas and Dr. Hamidian)

This surgery hasn’t been perfectly smooth but I have no regrets by any means. I did experience an infection and graft failure a few weeks following surgery. It did result in a minor interior tear that is healing well on its own. The surgery team were quick to help however they could. Now my only main struggle right new is handling dilation tissue towards my entrance, which is being treated with silver nitrate and steroid creams

Now that a week has passed since this man's penis was liberated from the pale desert of his flesh, he's finally taken a shower only to find that blood seems to be leaking from his... "clitoris." Given that the whole thing appears to be bleeding, I'm not sure how he can delineate the origin of the bloodflow.

Sometimes less is more, such as this photo from a tranny trying to consult his fellow eunuchs on r/Transgender_Surgeries about what precisely a mysterious white patch on his surgical seam may be; what I was drawn to, however, was the straight up puzzling flesh-crafting that takes up the rest of the picture. The fuck is going on over there?

My parasitussy?!: the photo this tranny took of his cock-chop is framed in such a way that it reminds me of pictures depicting the Cymothoa exigua, more commonly known as the tongue louse - a parasitic isopod that likes to attach to the tongues of fish so they can deplete them of nutrients. Makes you eager to put your face in it, right?

The discolored part seems hard. I still have no feeling in the clitoris. Are the gaps on the side normal?

Can I rest easy?

And now for a round of updates.
First up we have justa-random-persen who is showing off the remnants of the warzone she calls her genitals; apparently her doctors can sense a piggy bank when they see one, as she reports that "They're still trying to talk me into another 4 Surgeries at the moment and honestly idk if I want to or even can go back."

Confused about my scroto I guess

I'm like 50 days out or something now, still healing slowly. I noticed just now that these lines I thought were suture lines are actually rotated flaps? had to clean a ton of junk out and now I'm kinda just confused. So much for vy I guess? I'm also not a huge fan of the amount of separation, not shown but it's definitely not one sack if that makes sense. It's split all the way up that midline Anybody know if it's fixable/ how you would even put an implant in this? Or if I'm crazy let me know, cuz I'm bugging a bit over here. as luck would have it I have an appt with my surgeon in an hour but I guess I'd like to be 1000% sure before I lead a conversation with "what happened to vy?" you know?

In other news, falloutcatboy's in quite a penile predicament when, after a stricture repair, a hole began to erode further and further into her phallus with every passing hour. She did end up in the ER over it, but all they gave her were antibiotics and a recommendation to keep her Foley catheter in. Regardless of the literal fucking destruction of her body, she insists that having a penis is worth it all in the end; as @Swede once cleverly put it, it's definitely another example of the "sunk cost phalloplasty."

Hole on phallus after unrelated surgery?

I woke up today with this hole on my phallus.
I had a stricture repair surgery last week. The stricture repair had nothing to do with this area or anywhere near the phallus itself.
I woke up today to blood on the gauze and this huge hole. I do have a foley cath. I'm straight up worried about how this happened. I'm worried it could get worse. Anyone know what it is or why it happened?
I have a visit with my doc soon, but until then I want to hear from anyone who may know what this is and how i can avoid it happening/ getting worse. Ty.

Surgeons who with do a urethra reroute THIS YEAR

I need information on surgeons who have availability to close off a new urethra and Open up the old one (i guess pee hole behind balls or something).
I'm currently recovering from a failed stricture repair and have a foley cath that is causing wounds to open up along my phallus. It's scary.
My current surgeon cannot operate until at least three months after the stricture repair. However, I cannot afford the 5k out of pocket max when my insurance rolls over next year.
I cannot be left in limbo like this.

If you know any surgeons who are willing to do something like this on very short notice this close to a previous surgery please dm me.
My insurance is UHC.

Hole gets bigger every hour. Should I go to the ER?

Every hour the hole gets bigger and redder. I can see the foley tube inside.
Surgeon won't do anything.
I believe the Foley catheter is causing this. At what point do I go to the ER and get the Foley removed? Still having a penis at the end of the day is more important to me than this stupid fucking stricture repair.

Stage 2 ALT @ Vanderbilt - 1 Month Update

So, I’ve definitely had some ups and downs during this, as most do. It feels a little like mental gymnastics at times because I’m very observant and when there’s a change, I’m quick to spiral. Luckily a lot of my complications have been small.
  1. I had two separate spots on my scrotum that were bleeding. One became a pea sized whole which seems to be closing up and bleeding minimally. So far, it doesn’t seem like either have become or are becoming fistulas. fingers crossed
  2. I could not pee during my cystourethrogram. I think it was as because a) I had no idea what it was supposed to feel like or what I needed to do in order to pee and b) I was literally turned over on my side in a hard ass table in front of two woman who just expected me to know what to do (they were however very nice). I cried. Luckily before I went upstairs to be told I was gonna need to keep the catheter in, someone had left me a comment to try sitting down. So I did. It worked. I was RELIEVED.
  3. This isn’t so much a complication but I am noticing my stream is strong but also shoots quite a bit to the left. Sometimes straight but usually about 45 degrees to the left. Maybe it’s swelling? I’m still early in my recovery.
  4. I got a fucking UTI and it was the WORST. I’m on antibiotics now, thankfully and feel so much better but it was also causing pretty intense bladder spasms. So I became a little scared to pee. My SP catheter would get sucked in a bit into my bladder every time I went and it felt like little shards of glass because there would be a small amount of dried discharge on the incision (which I keep very clean).
  5. I was sent home with a blue little plug for my catheter so I could pee out of my dick. This thing came out several times and I’d pissed all over myself. Luckily I was home every time but one of the times I was sitting on the couch. Luckily I had been sitting on a towel and shampooed my couch immediately. I have since replaced with a valve which seems to be working much better but does drip a tiny bit occasionally.
Lots of things to work around but overall it hasn’t been bad. It could be worse for sure. Mentally pretty fucking draining but I’m 2 weeks (hopefully) away from having my SP removed and I can’t wait.
The Vanderbilt team has been amazing and really patient with me. I am messaging them CONSTANTLY with photos and questions. They’ve never once made me feel stupid in any way, just very reassuring. At one point Dr. Assi was literally like “don’t worry, I got you” which is silly but was such a huge relief because I feel a little crazy.
I’m really happy with the outcome from the surgeries so far. Swelling has gone down and I’m almost back to my normal size, pre-surgery (roughly 5x5). The only thing I think I’d consider a revision on is my glans because I wish they’d point up a bit towards my urethra and I suppose could’ve been a touch smaller but that’s a small thing that MAYBE I’d consider at stage 3.
Hoping to get my next stage done spring maybe? If all goes well. Might try to get medical tattooing before then but we will see how it all lines up!
Also, I found a pair of pants on Amazon that are actually really comfortable. This green pair is literally 16 bucks right now + there’s a 30% off coupon. They’re also quick dry so if there was a drop off pee (Esh) it dries really fast. I bought two more pairs last night.

And we're finishing off with a text post from dollsteak-testmeat, whose backfat-frontdog is so long and floppy it looks like a novelty gummy worm. Though she used to be able to move her, uh, "penis" by way of muscular twitching, her latest procedure has destroyed her ability to get her worm a-wigglin', and she fears the effects may be permanent. How do you know if loss of a function is temporary or permanent?

Since about a week after stage one I was able to move my penis by flexing my pelvic muscles. That ability developed further over time, and the movement was noticeable both visually and physically. I was able to do it voluntarily and also had involuntary twitches after orgasming. I was very happy about this, since lack of movement is one of the most common differences I see people say there is between phallo and natal penises. Immediately following my stage two it actually created a problem, because I kept involuntarily flexing due to the pain, which made it hurt even more. I had my stage three recently, and I seem to have completely lost my motor function. I had nothing right out of surgery, which I hoped was just because I was in less pain than after stage two. But later I noticed that even when I tried, I couldn’t move my penis anymore. I asked my surgeon about it and he said that it should return, since nothing done during surgery should’ve had an effect on this function. Although, he also said he has no idea how I even had it in the first place. My surgery was nearly four weeks ago. I’ve never had post-op numbness last this long.
In case it’s relevant: I’m one year post-stage one. I had MLD with three sensory nerves grafted and hooked up.
My most recent surgery included a length reduction, a “lift” (anchoring about 1.5” of the base internally), UL hookup, and a debulk by removing an unspecified amount of muscle tissue.
I’m worried the removal of my muscle tissue is what caused this to happen. To be honest, if this is permanent I will be devastated. Is it too soon to start mourning? Is there a way to know if this really is temporary like my surgeon said?

I always feel like I should be able to answer these questions. Then I realise that all the flavours of ‘what happens to puberty blocked kids when…?’ Are asking about something we just don’t have data on, because the very idea of doing it even thirty years ago would have you branded as mengele-tier-abomination.

He's dilating his urethra. Also "does it look clocky" These people are so dumb they don't realize a real pussy doesn't have the hole BENEATH the lips. Nor does the hole sit in the middle of the lips like his urethra does, even small labia minora would cover it BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE FOR, TO PROTECT THE VAGINA FROM BACTERIA. This guy's parents need to be burnt at the stake.

I really think that the stand-to-pee fixation has become an accepted part of a culture-bound syndrome, and pooners are psyching themselves into it.

There are a few young women who had sexual trauma or who went camping a lot, a few who had the classic "oh that means I'm different" moment when a little boy their age peed in front of them, but I think the rest are sold on STP because they see the other pooners making it a goal. And then the romanticizing it and ruminating on what they "missed out on" comes after--and when they write it down, it adds to the pooner consensus that peeing standing up is a mark of a real man.

The main differences in male vs. female lower urinary tracts are that men have stronger smooth muscle in their bladders: they need it to propel pee through a longer urethra. The neck of the male bladder goes right into the prostatic urethra, making nice and strong, great for the first 50 years or so. The neck of the female bladder is designed to move--great if you're planning to have an organ adjacent to it get way bigger for most of a year and then pass a coconut adjacent to it. Not great for long-term urinary continence.

Here's a brief article from 2018 about it. Sex differences in lower urinary tract biology and physiology (archive)
Some interesting experiments noted, messing with the sex hormones of mice and rabbits and seeing the effect on the lower urinary tract. Shame nobody's gathering information from the humans who are doing it voluntarily these days, but since the mice had a bad time on cross-sex hormones, the results would probably be quashed as transphobic.

edit: spelling
This may be a dumb question but IIRC mice don’t really hold their bladders like some animals (say, dogs, cats, humans) do, they just sort of dribble piss a little bit everywhere as they go. Seems like a limitation of this anatomical research in rodent or rabbit models.
And not just because even if she forgot to pack a pad, many women will just wad toilet paper in their crotch until they can get one specifically to avoid asking friends, which is really pushing it as it is. Women will only ask complete strangers for toilet paper if the stall is out.)
The third wave feminism initiative to put free tampon and pad machines in every public venue and Whole Foods must burn the fuck out of JY style trannies who have been praying for the day a random woman asked them in desperation for a tampon.
Note: she's even too retarded to put down a towel instead of lying on those uncomfortable looking stones. I guess it's par for the course of stunted women asking how to use a urinal. Zero planning skills or any understanding of any etiquette or just what's expected.
Yeah now that you mention that it is really… weird.

also - thank you for your service. In any case carry on, as you were, jolly good work old chap, etc.

thank you for your service. I haven’t been in this thread terribly long, but the entire time you have been a consistent purveyor of [particularly well-catalogued] unholy horrors. how do you do it? do you ever get PTSD (post-tranny stress disorder) from compiling these Cronenbergian nightmares?
To answer this legitimately: I've always had an interest in medicine, especially what is considered 'innovative' medicine that often goes awry as time goes on. Often times what's referenced is lobotomies, but thalidomide (and by extension thalidomide babies) come to mind as another example of a popularized treatment having lasting damaging effects despite being pushed by providers at the time and needing whistleblower intervention to finally put a stop to things.

I see transgender procedures and 'healthcare' - especially pediatric transition - as no different, and given that we're living in an age where people are eager to memoryhole whatever they can to trick people into believing that they never endorsed what are barbaric and experimental treatments, I find it imperative to be a consistent and dedicated archivist. We all made fun of Gruffin for being a fucking retard, but her passing made me realize that we're unlikely to see horrific longterm consequences for these procedures play out in controlled statistical studies; instead, we laymen on the ground must compile what we see if just so we know with our own eyes something closer to an accurate bigger picture than what we're offered.

Ultimately, I am driven by an autistic need for truth and for others to see the truth; if a single post that I make about a troon or poon's surgical saga is enough for a lurker to sway someone they know away from these procedures, then every monstrosity born in the operating theater of a doctor playing God was worth me wrinkling my nose at my screen and going "Yucktopia!"
Now, then, as always - a thread tax is owed, and thus, must be paid.
A tatted-up tranny shows off his oddly moddled stinkditch with the coquettish pornstar spread we've all come to know and love, but the real joke is when you see the beastly thing on the rest of his fridge-like body. I've yet to comprehend why cock-chops always take up so much real estate on the pelvis, but it looks hilarious.

This phalloplasty doesn't belong to the Reddit user in question, as they are a tattoo artist that works on phalloplasties and posts the results, so I don't know anything about this one besides the fact that it's stupid looking. But since it's very stupid looking, it still merits a post in the thread! I like how they think cutting scars can somehow resemble the natural vascularity of a natal penis because it makes me realize our country's sexual education is in fucking shambles.

Phallo abdo evolution

Hello guys,Here I did my phallo abdo 3rd time in June and I wanted to share with you a little the evolution of the latter and especially to have your opinions, on its overall appearance, its height (I found it too high compared to a basic position, my meta is below), on the scars etc... Do not hesitate to give a frank opinion, I will see my surgery again in two days for the glanulo and to do the urinary canal which will take place in December and therefore potentially to bring "improvements" at the same time Time and outside opinions would help me a lot. Thank you and courage to all 👊

Annoying complication

Don’t have many people to talk to this about so I figured I’d post here.
I’ve been finished with all stages of phallo for over a year now and the biggest complication I dealt with was a structure and even then it wasn’t so bad. From stage 1, 2, and 3 I didn’t really experience any major complications … UNTIL NOW!
So basically I got the inflatable pump device put in over a year ago. No issues at all with healing. Fast forward to a couple months ago where it almost feels like I woke up one day and all the fatty tissue (idk what to call it lol) was on the left side of the pump implant in the scrotum and the pump itself was pushed all the way to the right of the skin leaving the skin to feel very thin over it. Not sure what caused it but I made sure to massage it occasionally to make sure it didn’t turn into erosion. If you want a better visual of what it was like, bend your arm all the way in like towards your chest and feel your elbow. That’s similar to what the pump felt like over my skin.
Well fast forward to 3 weeks ago I noticed a blister where the pump is. It was massive. I had the blister growing there for 2 weeks. After the 1st week, I messaged Dr. Chen and showed him a photo. He said that he’s done hundreds and hundreds of implant surgeries and has never seen this happen before so to just watch it and if it gets worse to contact him. So I made sure to keep it clean, try my best to not put any unnecessary pressure on the area etc. The blister pops in my sleep and tons of fluid came out and it was nonstop for like 5 days. Long story short the blister popped in my sleep sealed back up popped again sealed again for about 2 days and popped yet again.
This time it stayed popped. Never grew back.
Figured I’d need to just air out the bluster and it would stop leaking again and hopefully this time be on the way to healing. Well then fast forward to 2 days ago, I notice the skin of the blister getting purplish underneath and I just figured that it was a bruise or something. Fast forward to today and looked at the blister area, saw it was getting worse and that it was 99% erosion. Emailed a phot do Dr. Chen and about an hour and a half later he called me confirming that my implant is now eroding out of my skin and I need to get an emergency surgery tomorrow to fully take out the implant.
It’s so beyond frustrating to think you’re in the clear healing wise since it had been so long and then bam you’re wacked in the face with an unexpected complication.
I was not mentally prepared to deal with yet another surgery but I’m hoping the removal of the device won’t be so bad pain wise. I’m hoping it’ll be a pretty easy surgery & recovery overall. If you have any experience getting an ed taken out please do share your experience if you feel comfortable doing so. I really need a bunch of good vibes right now with this. My anxiety has been through the roof since receiving the call from Dr. Chen.
I think I mainly just wanted to vent here in case anyone ever experiences something similar. Sending a strong message that the chance for erosion never fully goes away and to always be super careful. The other sucky thing is that I don’t even know what caused this. I have to get it taken out and have to wait at least 6 months to get another testicular implant or pump. And then worry about erosion happing again in the future.
Y’all please send good vibes my way for this surgery !! Feel free to ama btw!
TL;DR : super frustrated because I didn’t have any major complications for all 3 stages of phallo up until now, over a year post op stage 3 where I’m now experiencing erosion an will need an emergency surgery tomorrow to take the inflatable pump out

What are those scars around his hips?

Powerlevel but I'm related to some old people who claim that they're my parents and they've both had multiple joint replacements, abdominal surgeries, etc. and neither one has that level of... how?

Frankly it looks more like my friend up in rural-ass NorCal who had a chainsaw kick back on him when he was 16 than anything NOT involving the handiwork of Dr. Stihl, but it's symmetrical, so????

I'm not religious but there's something here that seems like making a mockery of God's creation. Like I could see a True and Honest potato like Fred Brennan looking at this thread and knocking back a wee thimbleful of rye at what people are willing to do to their otherwise healthy bodies.

And in that standing picture, his cunt looks like it wants to fight something.

He said he had skin grafts taken from his hips, so I'm guessing those are the donor sites. They just took a pinch of skin and fat from an area where there was extra, instead of the extensive harvesting needed for a rotdog.
So his stank hole is made from skin taken from his hips?

Of all the crazy shit I've seen on this thread, that's one of the craziest.

It's such a visible area. Bikini season's never going to be the same.

I will never understand these people.

I think it’s better than taking huge chunks of flesh out of someone’s arm or leg though, a lot of times those cause disfigurement as well as loss of use. (Not that there’s anything good about these surgeries for what it’s worth.)

Hip scars aren’t unusual in the tummy tuck/weight loss world either.

Mark my fucking words, in 50 years this will be the modern age's lobotomy and everyone who supports it are going to burn.
Don’t get your hopes up. People who participated in this will either fade into obscurity or flat out deny they ever supported it.

Or do you mean in hell? Because that’s a nice thought.
