Because the assholes who push it couldn't win a debate if their lives depended on it. Look at all the fuckers in their movement who push this de-platforming shit the hardest: From Assata "#3 on the FBI's Most Wanted List" Shakur, to Sophia "Transexual Jay" Banks, none of them can defend their ideas in public. They have nothing to stand on. Under it all, they have fucking empty chambers and they can't stand up to even the slightest scrutiny.

That's why they push the whole thoughtcrime shit. Not one has ever successfully won a stand-up fight.

Now that you mention debate, I've never seen a back and forth debate with a moderator and time keeper between people like Wesley and someone else. Then again, the Rat Kings make almost exclusive use of ad hominem and appeal to emotion arguments, which get inevitably shut down by a competent moderator. While appeal to emotion has an occasional time and place, they dont actually know those things.

It's not Rat King exclusive; Social Justice as a whole cannot debate. Hell, as a whole, SJWs won't go on a platform where they don't have absolute control for fear of facing criticism or questions they aren't prepared for.

I first noticed it during GG; if ever there was a chance GG could speak, Anti-GGers made themselves scarce. From the infamous Hotwheels vs. Wu debate that was originally supposed to be Hotwheels vs. Quinn, to the SPJ Airplay event, they wouldn't show up and would actively try to instead shut down any platform that gave GG a voice and wouldn't narrative-push. The rare times they didn't, they got absolutely fucking destroyed, such as Arthur Chu on David Pakman or Chris Kluwe vs. Mercedes Carerra. Their argument - literally - is that countenancing even a single talking point is tantamount to encouraging the other side. It's madness.

They can't win. Not even at their best. That's why they fight so hard to de-platform. They have no argument otherwise.
