I expect depositions to happen, but I am unfamiliar with federal court procedures about what is made public at what point in time, or if at all.
I very much enjoyed reading the depositions in which Good Lawgic (Joseph Niermann) was eviscerated in.

I am hoping for similarly entertaining documents to appear in any of the three lawsuits, or this subpoena bullshittery.
The big 500 page filing was just a the jannies squatting on the judge's desk, spreading their ass cheeks and taking a big fat shit all over federal court proceedings.

What they filed was even worse than Nick Rekieta's delusions about his Frank's motion. At least he tried to go through an established legal process and standard (even if he never had a chance getting the evidence thrown out). The jannies and their lawyers filed such a shitburger, I fully expect the judge to sanction them if they keep tying to sell the bullshit.

I think it is also necessary to point out that LUS is a retard and that "in camera" does not mean in person.
It means the same as "in chambers" and in this context means the judge will review the unredacted files "in private", to maintain confidentiality. (The opposite would be in open court)

The lawyer is not commanded by the judge to appear in person, all he has to do is send unredacted files for the judge to review.

It's not that the attoreny is doing a terrible job (on this part at least)..... The problem is the mods are trying to protect nearly everything and the judge can't rule unless he sees it, privately, and the makes a ruling

Would you consider "free" "PII removal software" real compensation if this is something they regularly give to a wide range of other moderators who tell Reddit admins they are harassed? Especially if there isn't some ideological or team based distribution of this software? Like say Tarrot_Card (the DGGer in charge of LSF) complained to the admins months ago about some of the harassment he received for being a DGGer / supporting LSF's Hasan hate and he received the same offer of free PII removal software?

I think a lot of people are just writing fan fiction about certain collusions that don't really exist.

Reddit helping moderators hiding their identity (PII) posted in THE DOCUMENT with which they attempt to squash a completely legit subponea that aims at establishing the identity of people for the purpose of serving them with a lawsuit is an absolute own-goal and self-own of the highest caliber.

They are trying to avoid the normal legal procedure of civil lawsuits being used to tackle issues between parties, as opposed to showing up at someones house to beat them up. This is the legal procedure, exactly how it is supposed to work, and these retards think they can just cry about potential harassment and that gives them an easy avenue of dodging the ENTIRE legal process.

And if Reddit has helped them hide PII from parties interested in either filing lawsuits, sending C&D or making police reports, then they are part of the issue.

"Harassment" is a catch all term used by leftists retards who want to avoid responsibility for the things they do by playing victim.
