For the people that were on the ds 4chan threads back in the day, did a youtuber called "MrNosec" post on there? He appeared during ds2 and made a bunch of entertaining pvp videos. I ask because the descriptions in his videos sounds like something that would come from 4chan.

One of the first things he did after getting internet was to delete this profile comment, Looks like his comments were set to friends only and this poster was previously on his friends list. The name GrimDisaster seems to really bother him a lot now, especially knowing that Grim was right here and Afro really did have to go back. It probably took him 20 minutes to load the webpage before he could even try to delete this comment.

I genuinely think that they all see each other as fat ugly retards regardless of seeing their faces or not. They definitely know that it's extremely weird for themselves to be men in their 30's doing ERP as an anime girl on VRChat, but I think it brings them to this point where they accept that they are vicariously living through the fantasy world they've curated for themselves instead of accepting reality. There is this golden rule, or "honor rule" in VRChat where everyone just believes each other no matter how crazy the claim is, otherwise they themselves would get called out for making up similar lies (such as having "phantom sense"). There is somewhat an arms race of lying here, people trying to one up eachother by creating even more ridiculous lies but no one is allowed to call each other out for it because it would shatter their own fantasy world.

Unfortunately he was in a private instance, someone from that lobby would have to invited someone like Proximity Chat. A friend of mine wanted to get inside and secretly hide / record the whole thing but they locked it down pretty hard. You just know for sure things got absolutely embarrassing in there, I'm sure him and a few others really acted performative and maybe even cried. The best part is that he was on VRChat until they very last minute before he had to leave to the airport, he spent at least 12+ hours in that sweat ridden headset right before going back to Venezula. Hilarious.

Btw if anyone is interested in checking out more insane VRChat freaks then check out Proximity Chat, the video that @Epic Fail Man linked is pretty good. You can really get a good understanding of these freaks through watching his content. OnlyAfro is definitely a great example of the illness these people have when spending their entire lives in that game.
