Regarding his paralegal bullshit. I'm an attorney and used to be a paralegal. Paralegals aren't shit unless you've been doing it for a long time. I can take someone off the street and have them up and running doing what I need them to in a week or two. Those with paralegal certs are typically more trouble than they're worth. They're like Rusty here, know enough of the law and procedure to be a danger, but not enough to be helpful or do things correctly. So you get Rusty throwing out legalese and suing for shit you can't sue for. Or not understanding how a basic tort case works and what a person's duty to you is. News alert: a celebrity doesn't owe you a duty for anything that has to do with their celebrity status.

A perk of being an attorney is having access to PACER, the federal case docketing and tracking system. I can read anything that he files. I'm looking at his brothel case right now. Shockingly, its poorly written and throughout the case he repeatedly violated style rules and civil procedure. He evidently doesn't want to just go to brothels, he wants to run one.

He's posted snippets of legal filings in the past and they read like poorly conceived fan fiction. I'd love to read the briefs if you are willing to post them. If it's anything like what he's shared -- or the laughable awful screenplay he wrote -- it'll be full of lols.

I worry for them too. They probably don't have the resources to handle him like famous people do. No one is obligated by law or custom to date you. His sense of entitlement could be harnessed and used to power Salt Lake City.

Russ has never known a consequence in his life. When people use the terms "snowflake" and "safe space" ... I feel like showing them Russ. He is the greatest snowflake that precipitated. It's ironic that his disability actually advantages him in this regard because people feel too sorry for his stupid ass to confront his bullshit.

2. Random Hooker (dismissed by the court) - backed out of an arrangement to fuck him.
3. Taylor Swift (dismissed by the court and thoroughly ethered by the judge) - didn't do his song/date him/fuck him
4. State of Utah (pending) - won't let him pay women for sex legally.

Threatened:

1. Ariana Grande - didn't do his song/date him/fawn over his shitty suit/fuck him.
2. Taylor Swift 2 - see above.
3. Dennis Hof/Bunny Ranch/Employee - banned him after repeatedly harassing and threatening employees.
4. Southern X~Posure/Stripper - he bought a stripper a drink and she didn't fall in love with him.

He's been pushing back the second Swift lawsuit for weeks. In his autist brain he probably knows that it'll finally be the straw that triggers a counter suit and sanctions for vexatious litigation.

I've actually spoken to the SLC lawyer Swift retained and noted:

1. Swift's legal team is intimately aware of what he's posted on social media and many of those posts - including ones where he makes it plainly obvious he's trying to use the legal system to force a woman into going on a date with him - have been saved for potential future legal proceedings.
2. They felt sorry for him so they didn't countersue for the legal fees that Swift incurred to retain a local attorney in defense of an utterly baseless lawsuit.

I WISH he actually could go on a date with one of these celebs. I'd pay $1,000 right now just to watch him on a date with Taylor Swift.

Out of curiosity since this has been on my mind the whole time, do you know anything about Elder Edwards and why it is Russell blocked him, or any of his other companions? I'm not expecting details about his mission and what he did outside of visiting the strip club if it's known, but I just have no idea how it is he managed to get himself a mission call (besides lying through his teeth) if he was always this crazy.

I don't know why he blocked his companions but I do know that he was a janitor for the Mormon Church and studying at LDS Business College while he was going to the brothels. So yeah, obviously he lied his way through quite a bit of interviews. I know he has also been kicked out of places that he has lived in before or had major complaints because of how he harasses women.

Elder Edwards is Brady Edwards of SLC who served on RG's mission with him. He used to frequently comment on RG's statuses lightly mocking/egging on. It took Russ a while to grasp he was mocking him. He blocked Brady after one of his comments which Russ deemed OFFENSIVE!!!!!!

Michael Viramontes and Soren Nilsen also served on that mission and frequently comment on RG's statuses but mostly manage to mock RG without triggering the autist's awareness that he is being mocked.

Although both have had comments deleted by Russ many times.

People stare when they see things that are unusual to them. A dude with a paralyzed face is unusual to most people, including celebrities. It's rude sure, but it's human nature. It does not rise to the level of a lawsuit. Also, his manner is very off-putting and she was probably feeling a little uncomfortable around him. Yes, she's a world famous singer, but she's a human with feelings and was probably feeling creeped out. Shit, I'm huge compared to this guy, and I find him creepy and unsettling. I get a distinct "don't look in his freezer" vibe from him.
