Very unlikely that the court has jurisdiction over the rules of the visitation center, which presumably exist to ensure minimal disruption to the mission of the center which is family reunification. They need the environment there to remain calm and peaceful for the sake of the kids.
 
ralph just posted, he 'got the wrong link' so he missed almost the entire hearing. He got his picture privilege revoked, but he is still available to see xandax next week. the situation is not over yet. it was just pushed forward

Clog has been dribbling out Faith's Request for Order. So far 8 pages shared out of 23. Supposedly some contain sensitive exhibits (I'm assuming pics of Xander), so IDK how much we'll get. Here's the first 4, the next 4 I'll add as an edit in a few.

I believe it was a typo on her birth certificate, was supposed to be ‘Chloe.’ She never had it corrected because that costs money?
Anyway it seems she has plans for more legal action regarding visitation.

He should not be allowed anywhere near the kid or any kid for that matter.

It costs nothing to amend an error on a birth certificate for the first year after the birth and only $20 in current year. Apparently too high a price for the Vickers to not give their daughter a retarded middle name.

Now my knowledge comes from the opposite coast however im under the impression it will play out the same...

She asked for an emergency Ex Parte to suspend privileges pending the hearing. Pending the outcome of the ex parte order he will have to be served for full hearing which she is stating in this affidavit/filing that he willfully evades services so PTP service meaning faith to Ralph which is normally not allowed will be allowed and also service at kiddie jail will be allowed in order to facilitate service.

TL;DR

All this is moot because Ralph doesn't really see his son anyway unless its to own the AHogs.
