It's a good video, but its length makes it still not particularly digestible and the overwhelming majority of people who are drawn to Nick are never going to watch it. IMO, the only way any appreciable portion of Nick's new fans are going to rethink their support is if someone with clout and legitimacy produces digestible, concise content which critiques him from a right-wing, non-zogged perspective and exposes Nick's serious past misdeeds without coming across as a bitter, malding faggot. I think Jaden is perfectly positioned to be that person if he can keep the sperging about interpersonal drama under wraps and focus on the things that actually matter; Patrick is also capable of being that person, but I think he's too comfortable with his Thiel paycheck to risk delving back into Fuentes world.

Yes, I think writing off Fuentes is a dire mistake, one that I think the right will make. The thing that leads me to believe this is Fuentes' call to infiltrate institutions. His replies were full of two groups:

  1. Enthusiastic groypers who want to take over the world. People who want to take over the institutions, change culture and win.
  2. Losers too blackpilled to imagine ever being able to get a job inside and institutions, moralists who view counterbalancing leftism in institutions as immoral and retreatists who live in a fantasy world where victory is retreating into the woods and building a new society.
This leads me to believe that what has happened to the non political institutions, a long march through the institutions by leftists who eventually restructure them from the inside out, will happen to the right by groypers.

Who do we expect young people to listen to, the moderate who does nothing more than vote, post on Twitter and maybe have a right wing podcast. Or the radical who tells them "You have power, you can change the world, here's how"? He's retarded but he has something to offer, agency.

So I've been listening to this dude a lot lately and idk, I find him entertaining and agree with a lot of shit he says but he can also be a bit of a fuck head. I know he's highly criticized and shit on in this thread, I have read through some of it and still don't really understand or know all of the lore and history but I do have some thoughts I feel like sharing.

First of all he's fucking lazy (probably because he's part Mexican) dude is like 27 and has the sleep schedule of a teenager. You can just tell he's nocturnal and it's fucking annoying that he doesn't go live at any consistent time and is usually starting his show at like midnight or later eastern time. This is how you know this idiot is never going to be president, he's not disciplined.

Secondly his shows are rushed and are mostly just pep-talk "mobilize the groypers" bloviating. Does this dude cover news or what? He always talks about how it's a slow news day and doesn't want to cover shit. He will put off middle east talk for days until the news is old and not relevant. He's all like "oh it's already 1am and I've been talking about Tucker Carlson for an hour so we'll get to the news tomorrow." Well yeah dude it's late because you started late, you didn't follow your own outline and now you are just gonna go to super chats because you have like 100+ to get thru. What even is this show? You just ranted about your enemies for awhile and maybe breezed thru some current event topic or news story.

Then you have the hour+ of superchats. Yeah I get there's tons of them and it's time consuming but most of them he cuts off or doesn't even respond to. He will get a several hundred dollar donation and then say "thanks fag" and move on. Yeah many of them are really dumb and cringe and gay, but even the decent ones he just passed right over, roasts the sender and then on to the next one. Some actually good question will be asked and he goes "idk dude". Yet he has no problem spending 10 minutes ranting about how gay Lord of the rings is or whatever. It's aggravating to listen to him collect all this money and respond in such angry and lazy ways. Last night he defended his toddler diet for way too long and completely ignored the questions about his hero Ye sucking Jew dick earlier that day. He is extremely choosy with what he responds to and when he does respond it's either an uncalled for roast or lazy answer. Dude is live for like 10-15 hours a week max if that.

I also think it's highly likely he's a closet case.

If you narrow down a group to right-leaning, politically active 18-25 year olds (which is almost immeasurably small part of the country), about half know the name.

Tucker Carlson is not the largest “conservative” podcaster. He’s up there, but the top 5 are constantly trading spots, daily.

Furthermore, Daryl Cooper was also on Tucker. What has it done? Nothing really. Real historians either don’t know him or don’t value what he has to say. Amateur historian buffs the same.

While Daryl's Tucker appearance certainly helped boost his numbers (I think it got his podcast to #1 for a bit) but he is by no means "mainstream". I would be curious to see how much the Fuentes Tucker interview helped with his numbers.
