I want to know what the character with the moon radical above his navel means. Moon radical often refers to a body part.

Chat GPT is not much help. I attempted to draw what I THINK I see. GPT says it's the character "nan" for belly meat/brisket?
腩
Chat GPT also suggested
勝 "sheng" aka "winning", like he's Chinese Charlie Sheen. I don't think either of those made sense.
I checked with my husband and he confirmed the tattoo should read: 怒节侠膽. which is literally "anger restraint chivalry courage" but the native speaker's more figurative translation "righteous instincts, gallant courage"
Chat GPT insists that the tattoo artist fucked up the bottom character, but I don't think they did. It's just in traditional script with very thick lines.
Anyway this was a disappointing Chinese lesson for the day. I was really hoping Rekeita had tattooed the word for "brisket" on his body.
