Anyone know Shane's ethnicity? All the documents people have found say "White" but he looks hispanic or hapa to me.

I don’t know, maybe? Shane is such a non-entity that I don’t think it’s worth the expense either in time or money, but if you’re game then sure. I think Shane gets a thrill out of this kind of attention though.

His mother is white, she was born in California so she could have had an Mexican boyfriend and gave birth to Shane before moving to Washington and meeting Dan.

I'd just start with the complaint. Almost anything substantive is probably going to be heavily redacted but at least the complaint would indicate what the charges were.

That would indicate whether it would be worthwhile to get anything else.

A case number is typically specific to a single case, isn't it? Unless there are multiple defendants, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

If he is saying he remember all the details of it at 3 years old, I call bullshit. Memory for most humans barely starts around that time, and even then it is fragmentary. There are exceptions to this, but its very rare. That we don't remember anything before a certain age is known as "infantile amnesia". It's clear if you view video from that time period that you have persistent memory during that time period, you know your family, you know how your toys work, you remember where you left stuff, you know your favorite foods, you know where your room is, etc... but for some reason it doesn't stick long term. I've actually been able to prove the same concept in cats. Cat memory doesn't seem to start until 5 weeks of age.

I remember things from before I was 4, but they're isolated snap-shots. Then again, I'm not a compulsive serial liar like Shane.

Shane fails to realize that nobody believes him because so many of his biggest lies are so brazen and easily disprovable. We don’t know what other lies he used to repeat as fact prior to his “retirement” (read: rush to collect welfare for life) bullshit. Because they're completely different courts. Rather than have a statewide system, Washington has each court keep its own case numbers. However, they use the same system of numbering for some retarded reason, so they often collide. That's why their case lookup requires you to specify by county for case number search. That's just how dumb they are.
