I'm actually still going to defend Fatpacks. I think he's funny. His one-note doomerism is written in a clever and pithy way. Also, when you do start to go depressive (hard not to in this environment), him amplifying your sentiment 10x is a good reminder of perspective.

The Trump admin already went mask off and openly said that they see Americans as inferior to street shitters. It's too late to get back our trust now. There is no reason for us to vote.

Who said anything about that? Fact is, Trump's base is livid at the moment, and unless they course correct hard, people aren't going to bother showing up for the midterms.

I know I won't if Trump is just going to lionize boomers control over the housing market. I didn't vote for a slightly spicier neo-con, but that's all we've gotten so far.

I also want to add that it can function as a good backup treatment for some presentations of ADHD that cant be treated with adderol or other stimulants because of preexisting health issues or because of extremely high tolerance.

Edit: and im not talking 50mg of THC or the like im talking the 5mg you can currently buy in the store.

My house smells like lavender and linen actually, and I take my trash and recycling out before it can smell.
I will also say if you don't partake, weed smoke smells especially bad. At least cigarette smoke can be okayish (and I've never smoked). Weed smoke is only tolerated if your brain has associated it with a dopamine hit or whatever.

ADHD people should get into sports, straight up that works really well. They need to be ran like a greyhound.
I worked with a guy with ADHD, nigga was tweaking off two Bangs and an Addy half the time playing Clash of Clans, reading research papers, and being annoying. Put that dude on the mats, he’d be a champ and calm enough to deal with.

I'm going to start this off saying that I would never get a 50 year mortgage, but I'm going to put out the numbers to put it into perspective as to why someone in their 20's today might take one can could come out alright.

So instead of looking forward at the big giant numbers we can't put into perspective, let's looks back.

In 1975 the Median home price was $38,900. If you got a 50 year mortgage on that house at 6% you would pay:
$212 a month
$127,500 total

A person in 1975 would be appalled that you would ever consider buying an average house for $127,500, but a 2025 person would be the luckiest person ever to buy an average house at that price.

If inflation trends continue the next 50 years the exact same as the previous 50 years then in 2050 a person taking a 50 year mortgage today would have made just as good of a deal.

A 50 year mortgage is basically betting against the dollar, and locking in your rent price for your life.

Trump couldn't give two shits about the midterms. He's not running for a third, he got real estate in Gaza, gifts from foreign nations, appeased the Jewish cabal that runs America, and has more than enough money to fuck off to Israel or wherever after his term is over. That's if he's not pardoned by a Republican president which is a possibility but like what? 5% chance? Get your guns or spend the next three years getting the fuck out
