No, the clause says “or” not “and”. Being old enough makes it automatic, but that’s voided if you alter it to accept cartridges.

The “built on a firearm frame” language is confusing, because some of the same exemptions that make it not a firearm also make it an antique

I edited my previous post to include this

I guess the word “replica” is important, so the other guy is right that “not a gun” is the more important designation
I defer to your knowledge. I don't understand the rules about muzzleloaders/blackpowder weapons. Then again, I don't think the ATF does, either.
Sean Duffy saying they are going to reduce the fatigue when flying, the way it used to be:

I know it's funnier to make fun of niggers, but the reason flying sucks so hardcore in the US is because Jimmy Carter and Ted Kennedy deregulated airlines. Liberals try to blame Reagan for this, but it was Democrats who planned and passed it. That was when they started competing by making air travel cheaper. This came at the expense of comfort and customer service.

Why do you think airlines try to pack as many passengers into a flight like sardines, feed them nothing, make them use the bathroom in a broom closet, and have retarded foreigners scream at you in broken English when they overbook their flight and bump you? That's what makes it possible to fly from NYC to Miami for $100 rather than $500 or even $1,000. Plane tickets before the deregulation were anywhere from five to ten times more expensive.

Making matters worse is that this explosion in air travel did not coincide with improvements in airports. Most US airports are way too small to handle the amount of traffic they receive. No one wants to renovate or rebuild them because that would lead to a collapse in air freight - and I don't mean "oh no, line go down!" collapse, either.

Question. Why do black people fly so much anyways? It’s not like these niggers got anything business related going on.
In my experience I've noticed they happen to be flying directly toward or away from the port cities where cruise ships are. Cruises are nigger filled hellrides now.

I belive it is veto proof yes? If he does, another chimp out is in store
They would have to hold another vote to override the veto and then they'd be going against Trump. It passed because he said to pass it, who knows what happens if he vetoes it.

There's a good chance he does. Speaker Johnson already told you how: there were supposed to be changes to the bill before the Senate voted (to "protect the innocent") but instead they passed the same version the House did. Johnson is "concerned" now.

Don’t do that, lol. I did fuck up by not processing the word “replica” until the last minute
That is one of the dumbest doomerisms imageable. The Spanish had help from the natives the Aztecs were brutalizing. Our Jewish leaders deliberately let the barbarians in.
And Cortez didn’t represent Spanish policy. He went rogue, there were actually soldiers sent to arrest him. So Spain didn’t expect him to succeed, they just took it as a windfall when he did.

The Aztecs were also shook because they and their offshoot Pueblan tribes had a prophecy about white people showing up, causing them to treat him diplomatically instead of just saying “eff this guy, kill him”

Most ATF rules don't even make sense, dude. When anti-gun state-level lawmakers can pass "assault weapon" bans that make more sense than ATF regulations, you know something fucky is afoot.

I'm against the changes Johnson wanted. Nobody cares. Nobody will believe it. Nothing will happen. They didn't even censure Raskin.

It's amazing how so much went right for Cortez. He was very good at effectively playing people against each other so that helped as well.

Oh, yeah, this is also 100% true. Certain Pueblo people (such as the Hopi, which Spergio knows a lot about) and the Aztecs, who were related to Pueblo people (although they are distinct), literally have prophecies in their culture about "the lost white brother" returning to them, ushering in an apocalypse, and guiding their people into the next world. The Aztecs actually had a projected date for when these white guys would show up and, in one of history's strangest coincidences, Cortes happened to show up at almost the exact time. Aztec leadership thought Cortes was divine at first.

It helped that all the surrounding people hated the Aztecs because they practiced human sacrifice. Guess where they got their humans to sacrifice?

I don’t get how it got so popular to hate on natives. The only source saying they DIDN’T vote Trump by 60%+ was a phone poll with opaque methodology out of Berkeley, so like, no, they’re not all anti America or whatever a couple of paid protestor Lakota made people think.

It’s like the ultimate strawman. And you don’t find natives popping up to say “nuh uh, we wuz Wakanda” so it’s kinda dishonorable to throw shit in their face constantly

We didn't kill the Red men, we absorbed them. Just we had far far less than Latin America.

Good evening, USPG. :gunt:

It's a long-standing sentiment in American history I guess. At this point though American Indians are increasingly culturally and electorally irrelevant so the disdain seems more pointless then ever. As far as I'm concerned as long as they don't support the land-back nonsense, blame Europeans for everything and push for more immigration to the United States, they aren't an issue. Bigger fish to fry at this point anyway.
