The emails released last week show the former Secretary of the Treasury doing exactly that and he was talking about the daughter of a Chinese official who benefited from that relationship.

Some of you fellas need to lay off the buzzwords.
It was a relatively stable empire before 500 whiteys showed up and destroyed it. The means are irrelevant. If the natives could've toppled their oppressors at any time, but they simply chose subjugation every day until whitey convinced them to conquer their oppressors on their behalf.... Yeah sounds like whitey is unfathomably superior to everyone involved.
