I think the other half of this hedge is that they're used to dealing with people who don't have a platform. There are innumerable tragedies that happen that we don't see merely because the people they happen to can't speak loud enough to be heard, but while this guy's 35K followers isn't a ton by Twitter standards, with the right cause and a bit of luck it's enough to get a snowball rolling.

Jannies are just used to assuming that, because most people are complete nobodies, they can bully them with impunity.

Which feeds into AI being used to replace them. That's the injury, the insult is that they PREACHED for decades that they can't be automated way, that art comes from the soul and machines don't have souls. Then BOOM, this magic technology shows up that does a better job than them but without the attitude for FREE. So either the machines have souls, or the artists never did. Neither one of those situations sits well with them.

Thus you can never compete with a reddit jannie. He can spend all his time he is awake on doing unpaid tranny janny pretend work from his basement. All day, every day, without any distraction. He does not need friends or compensation. The only thing he needs is that his elderly mom will microwave some tendies from time to time and bring down in his basement lair. That is all he needs.
That is why you can never compete with him or replace him.

The only thing that can replace a jannie is an AI bot. That is the only thing that can dedicate as much time as a tranny jannie on doing janny shit. And it can do it even cheaper.

So, uh, I’ve been meaning to ask this because I keep seeing people talk about prints, and printing prints, and getting prints of prints, but nobody ever gives a straight answer, so I’m just gonna ask the whole confusing thing at once: do they actually allow prints, like real physical prints, or only digital prints that you can technically call prints but aren’t really prints unless you print the prints yourself? And if they do allow prints, do they allow prints of everything or only certain prints, because someone told me they only approve prints if the prints meet some “print-safe” guidelines, but then someone else said you can upload prints of anything and they’ll make the prints for you, which sounds like too many prints to track.
