If you file a counter complaint with youtube, it forces the person who made the complaint to either take you to court or allow it to drop.
Tommy has no money and no representation. You're safe to counter file.

Wow, the difference. In the thumbnail from the video, Tommy looks sad and woebegone, almost genuinely put-upon. (His hat also doesn't clash violently with his tie-dye, which is sort of an achievement.) In the gif of him snarling into the phone, however, the real him comes out (no pun intended) and any pity evoked by that thumbnail -- I mean only if you knew nothing about him, of course -- totally evaporates.
