@Useful_Mistake

Big fan of the presumed error where you didn't finish highlighting "Court" because it seems like the order was denied so fast you cut yourself off mid sentence to give an update.

In Loving Memory of Greer v. Hardin (December 13, 2025-December 16, 2025). Passed away suddenly of chronic plightitis.
Hardin has now joined Josh on "winning legal cases without showing up" team. Fitting for a burgeoning specialist in Vexatious Lolcow Law.

It appears stalker counsel will not be enjoying prison.

I'm not surprised, courts are going to be extremely leery of petitions for restraining orders filed by pro se litigants against their opponent's lawyer(s). That's even before service issues Russ probably ignored.

It would be funny if Hardin filed a supplemental reply notifying the court that Russhole's PPO was denied by Clark County, just to rub it in Russ' saggy face.

greer's next lawsuit may have to be against whatever AI he's been using to write his motions and come up with legal strategies.

"DEAR CHAT GPT. Is it a good idea to file a restraining order against this guy who has been harassing me through emails and contacting people about me even though I told him to stop?"

"I'm really sorry you're dealing with this. If someone is repeatedly harassing you despite clear boundaries, filing a restraining order can be an important step to protect yourself legally. You can file a restraining order (also called a protection order) without an attorney. Nevada has forms available on their website, and many local courthouses can assist with the hardship."

case closed!

"The person stalking me is the opposing counsel for a COPYRIGHT case I initiated and am currently losing"

"Ah I see, attempting to get a restraining order against opposing counsel is an interesting choice of legal strategy, especially if opposing counsel has clear and damning evidence of your deception to the court about IFP staus and creepy obsessive behaviour towards sex workers. Have you ever considered the likelihood that you're Greeetarded?"

"THATS DISCRIMINATION! SEE YOU IN COURT!"

IMO its funnier if he doesn't and leaves it hanging over the case until Russ has to explain his insanity himself. But I'm expecting some sort of filing from Russ, probably another unhinged motion.

*I am in no way sure which is legally best for the defense, or considered correct procedure - Hardin and null should obviously do what is best.

We still won’t hear from the judge for another two weeks.
More like a month. Two weeks from now is New Years then they need an extra week to allow for everyone to come back from vacation. Only then in the second week of January can the court reasonably return to schedule without denying sane and rational people time with their family.
EDIT:
In 2 of the other ones, there was a hearing, then stuff, then a denial.
In the 3rd previous one it looked like this one:
Denied
Then: Order Denying sent to Greer.
Presumably they don't close it until they stick the letter in the mail.

Yep, looks like we're done here.

Does that mean the department was able to serve Greer at a working address in person? Can Hardin request that address?

If he filed it by email, like some other attempts, they likely just served it back to him over email. If it got that far, Hardin would've needed to be physically served, as he had not consented to being served by email.

I presume whatever clerks handle restraining orders in Nevada are VERY familiar with Greee and just automatically denied it on that alone.
Clerks can't do that. Only the judge can.
People keep referring to this as an emergency order of protection, but where was it shown to be an emergency request?
The only reason in a case like this that justifies an ex parte order is some kind of emergency.

A question to this thread's members of the the tribe who specialize in in law. What are the likely and potential ramifications to the copyright(?) lawsuit after today's events? Can I expect an eventual verbal smackdown whenever the judges perform their biannual duties? Could it be more, or is it most likely they'll barely even acknowledge it?

From what I can tell.(YMMV, HTH, HAND)
Nevada temporary protection orders(45 days) are ex parte if approved outright by the judge, no service of the complaint is required, but the order must be served once approved. The judge can also order a hearing or just deny them.
Extensions/permanent orders will require the defendant be served.

The last 2 weeks have been absolutely kino. Greetard felting himself, The Hardship felting him over and over, Banks with an absolutely emasculating declaration, and W.H. telling him to gtfo and stop dragging him into shit. Greetard is the new Tomlinson. Can’t wait for the next plightsperging filing from Russtard.
