Sometimes, that’s understandable (in the context of protecting yrself from trolls, etc), however she also unfollows/blocks people who are not “rude” or “mean” (by anyone’s standards, let alone Laci’s) who were/are constructively trying to criticise her work.
• (6/5/13) She made a post erasing low-income vegans and vegans of colour, and never responded to any of the criticisms made. (Laci’s OP here.)

• Her pathetic apology regarding that video, in which she uses the word we asked her not to use, and uses the wrong terms to apologise.

• In fact, she sort of sucks at race relations by shitting all over brown people and their religions, and back when Laci Green pretended to care about social justice, she thought it was her place to barge in and tell all those “other social justice bloggers” (regardless of whether they considered themselves SJBs or not) how they should be handling “race work”. Which is great, because, she obviously handles that SO well, by not apologising for shit and writing passive aggressive posts and then deleting them when called out, saying she doesn’t give a single fuck, and when called out on that, writing MORE passive-aggressive posts insisting that people who rightfully call her out because they’re upset by racism are NO DIFFERENT from trolls who send death threats and making it all about her and her fucking persecution complex.
• She made a video in 2009 about how she “sucks,” and here is a post with a gif from there (tw: gifs at link).
• She apparently donated $14,336 to a homophobic charity that experiments on homeless LGBT* youth to try and prove that they are the products of sexual abuse. She then barely acknowledged it was a mistake, but gave nowhere near the amount of coverage to the fact that the charity was a sham as she did for when she was raising funds for it. People tried to tell her the truth about the charity, but they were ignored (as usual). When they were finally replied to, Laci twists things around to make herself a victim and makes excuses for her mistake while simultaneously trying to pretend that supporting a homophobic charity wasn’t a mistake in the first place. Her excuse for not responding to criticism about the charity on youtube is that people calling her out should have gone to her twitter and blog tv because she couldn’t be bothered to make a video explaining her error - even though she has no problem keeping the results video up where she pats herself on the back for supporting the charity with no addendum or notes saying that this charity is a fake, mostly just to make herself look good so when her ass-kissing fans stumble upon it, they see how dedicated she is and how much money she raised!1!!! What they don’t see is all the information about the fake charity, because she deleted it all from her website. Laci didn’t spend anywhere near as much time revealing the truth about love146 as she did promoting it and bragging about raising money for it. Guess suckering 14k of other people’s money (people who REALLY trusted her) and “mistakenly” giving it to a homophobic charity just wasn’t a big deal to her. The people who co-hosted this charity event with Laci actually took responsibility and told the truth about love146. Some of them even made follow-up videos about it. On her facebook page, there are several posts promoting love146 and celebrating the results, but nowhere does she acknowledge that it was a mistake to support - as a clear example of how she really failed to address this issue.
• Responses to love146 criticism, where she says that while their criticisms are valid they’re “socially inept attention whores” for calling her out on not addressing the issue and says that there are bigger social justice issues to worry about (because apparently LGBT* youth being abused isn’t one of them).
• Around the time that this whole “fake charity debacle” was going on, Laci Green posted a video that described theists as “lazy” and “inept,” and heralding herself as a “superior thinker.” Conveniently, she deleted this video, but someone had downloaded a version and reposted it (note the mirror-look).
• Recently (3/9/13) she pulled down ALL her religious rants on her gogreen18 account, and only left one “innocent” critique up.
• (4/28/13) Someone kept all the audio files however.
• (6/12/13) She also tweeted “it’s ok to think for yourself” implying that people with religions don’t and is basically just very anti-theist.
• She also does not tag for gifs/epilepsy warnings, which is rather dangerous, and instead decided to tell people to get off the Internet if they couldn’t handle gifs. EDIT: I am aware this link doesn’t work. looking for a replacement currently. If you have a post relating to this, or the screenshots of the asks she sent to people asking her to tag gifs, let me know!
• Regarding: the death threats, those may have been orchestrated by Laci, herself. Mostly because she aligned herself with the SJ community, then conveniently received death threats and an irl stalker (who was never found) even though she has never released her real last name over the Internet (it’s not “Green”), and then decided that “social justice tumblr” was “high school on crack” and was no longer a part of the SJ community. For more commentary, check this post out. On her other tumblr, she even reblogged a post talking about how “oversensitive” tumblr is. Screenshot, in case she pulls it down.
• She also favourited this “anti-ess-jay” tweet, and if you scroll down, you can see her back-and-forth conversations with Kate, talking about how people talking about how awful you are “sounds familiar,” and “ripping each other to shreds for relatively minor wrongs that have been righted.” Well, you got one thing right, Laci. They are relative, and obviously, these wrongs are minor to you, but to the people they affect, they are relatively LARGE. ALSO. THEY ACTUALLY HAVEN’T BEEN RIGHTED. SO THERE’S THAT.
• (5/10/14) Also on her twitter, she likes to compare people with actual criticism on her fuckups to MRAs and/or misogynists against feminism.
• Also, re: the death threats. Many members of the PoC community accused of making the threats, and also accused of being “silly ess-jay warriors!” have come out and said they do not condone the threats. The only people who condone them are faceless (*cough*white*cough*) anons.
• Along the same strain as the above link, many times PoC bloggers (who do not identify with the “SJ” community, but are still labeled as such) are very open about calling people out. That is, we don’t hide behind anons; we’ll let you know when you’ve fucked up, because we would like an apology. That being said, there are those who detract from the community by pretending to be these bloggers, while hiding behind anon. This has been proven to be true, but still people assume time and time again that it’s the “SJ community” and not these crackers pretending to be the “SJ community” in order to make them seem violent, hostile, “crazy,” etc.
• [tw: rape] Also, also, re: the death threats. TJ came out and defended Laci against her death threats, and all of a sudden, she believes his points are valid. For those who don’t know, TJ, the “amazing atheist,” is known for his anti-feminist views and rape-celebrating comments, and has also been condemned by Laci herself barely eleven months ago. (He has also followed myself to harass me because I’m Muslim. I’ve blocked him.) ALSO: Laci Green getting upset about problems in the feminist movement without realising that she is a major contributor to those problems. White feminists missing the point like woah.
• Speaking about white feminists, PoC bloggers are just really tired of yr shit. If yr brand of sex positivity or feminism isn’t intersectional, it’s bullshit.
• Similar to the “amazing atheist” debacle, she recently followed Dan Savage on tumblr (when she previously condemned him for trans*phobia) after he came out and defended her, because all white cis men become valid and all of their shittiness is erased as soon as they support you!
• Recently, she admitted to being excited about working with Tyler Oakley, because he isn’t “actually a transphobe or a sexist,” according to her. And also said that these “witch-hunts” (a.k.a. calling people out on their fuckery, but in her words: “burning mostly good people at the stake for the occasional mess up or being imperfect”) “hurts the causes of feminism and sex positivity.”

• Way back when Laci aligned herself with the SJ community, she called out Shane Dawson for his racism. While this is a good example of how callouts should work, this appears hypocritical because nowadays, she is more willing to excuse it (see above: Tyler Oakley).
• Also rather recently, she called out Jenna Marbles for her slut-shaming video, and then used Jenna Marbles to excuse her previous mistakes (re: “pc language”).
• ALSO, (more hypocrisy, surprise, surprise!) when she called Jenna out for it, and Jenna responded the exact way Laci responds to her own criticism, she said she was “disappointed” with her. More screenshots of hypocrisy at link.
• She also began following a well-known trans*misogynist radscum blogger.
• Also, her video about prostitution got some constructive criticism that she couldn’t handle.
• Recently, she made a video in which she shames trans* men for being “grossed out” by their periods, without realizing or caring that it can actually be quite devastating for them.

• In fact, she actually replied to a tweet calling her out, and still managed to be ignorant.

• She made a video decrying femmephobia, but apparently, it only counts if you’re a man. If you’re a femme woman, then it’s “shitty.” (How does that internalised misogyny taste, Laci?)
• Here’s yet another hypocritical tweet, where she says internalised misogyny is “the frign worst,” but refuses to acknowledge her own, in many of her videos, and her femmephobia (above).
• She insists on defending paedophiles, saying that while paedophilia is bad, we must treat them like “human beings” and not “shun” them for their “sexual deviancy“ a.k.a. their desire to rape children. (It is amusing to me that she insists we treat child rapists like human beings, but refuses to treat PoC or non-binary folk like human beings. I have also discussed my feelings on “paedophilia” here and here.)
• Recently, she also wrote this obnoxious, condescending post about how people who complain about tumblr’s recent shitty updates that no one asked for are a bunch of “spoiled, ungrateful children.”
• (5/28/13) She has a bad habit of thinking eveyone is spoiled and entitled except for her. Once again Laci tries to make herself look superior by complaining about other millenials complaining about the TIME article calling us narcissistic and entitled among other things, and claims that no one complaining about the article has actually READ it (spoiler alert: we have, and there are plenty of legitimate criticisms against it!) because omg Joel Stein threw in a few compliments in there so that totally negates all the other bullshit.
• (5/28/13) [tw: ableism, ableist slurs] So, basically, Laci is on some new channel (or something, I hardly care) and it was brought to my attention that she’s still using ableist terms. (Cr*zy and ins*ne are offensive slurs.)

Alright, there you have it. The first link contains links to her tumblr, her website, and both of her youtube channels that I am aware of. It also contains links to her disturbing videos in which she perpetuates the friendzone myth, bashes on religion, and bashes on religious ‘friends.’ (With a transcript for the ones she pulled down.)

tl;dr: she’s an intolerant, cissexist, fat-shaming, trans*phobic, privileged little white woman who has brought NOTHING else to the table that other folk haven’t been saying first.
