I'm going to sperg briefly on this as someone interested in the visual and written aspects of a character's design
Mohawk Neon seemed to hold her tail upright in most of the shots while the self-insert Neon's sort of droops. Posture was also more confident and detached whereas it is now neurotic and maybe a bit on the lazy side.
It's almost as if the spine and tailbones got ripped out.

Something about the eyelashes caught my attention immediately, as well. A small detail, but one I don't recall having seen before on Neon. Or on Red Beleth, for that matter.

I have a theory why Lilly can see the dream-bear: there's a tumblr meme that cats can see "demons" because of their habit to focus and pounce at seemingly nothing, my guess is she was "inspired" by that.

I think that's pre-transition Neon in the flashback- which tbh if that's the case this is one time I'll say good job because the character does look masculine with more than the goatee and it's not ridiculously overdone

I can virtually guarantee that this is in regards to something that happened in the Floraverse discord chat. I was just waiting for her to flip out and start posting comics about it. This kind of explosion was pretty much weekly clockwork in the PMDE irc. PK can't handle being in environments where people talk freely.
