He's an absolute moron on literally every topic. While em dashes have existed a long time (and I used to have a keyboard alias for one or an autocorrect to automatically turn two hyphens into one because style manual stuff), they were almost entirely absent from shit like xitter. Now they're everywhere. I'd say do the math but didn't Retard Boy get a D in that?

This is a Tomlinson Technicality of course. He occiasionally “wrote” one-off slop pieces on news websites that were either unpaid or very cheaply paid. These were the kind of articles that nobody reads, mostly about politics. Pat’s entire schtick as a performative and deeply insecure lolcow means that he was desperate to use those big name publications as a way to appear important (as he is doing in the screenshot). By saying that he “wrote for them”, Pat is intentionally misleading this person. He is trying to appear to be a big-shot in order to “win” this interaction on twitter. It’s the kind of shit that 10 year old kids do.
