If im not mistaken in the video, it looks he gets forcibly shoved to the side by the vehicle, which is why im guessing the Government justified a hospital visit.

Plus he is wielding the pistol in his right hand, which means that shot placement on the far right side of the windshield puts his left side square in the path of the car. Not that you have to actually hit an LEO with a vehicle to have deadly force be justified. Just an attempt.


100% Justified, I hope they let the chimps riot and then release the body cam at the height with him getting hit by the car from his POV

The obit does not describe him as a husband, doesn’t mention a wife, and says that he’s a father of three. No cause mentioned. So maybe they were married briefly and divorced by the time he died? And he has kids by multiple women? Also a huge number of siblings unless they’re counting in laws there. I can’t get the gofundme link in it to load but maybe more information there.

The person shot is the wrong shade to lead to any kind of riot. Nobody there is going to riot over some middle-aged unemployed white lesbian poet who couldn't even afford a Subaru.

And there isn't an easy target to riot against. During floyd they could make the local police the enemy. But what are they going to do against ICE? If they go after any federal building, it will give Trump the justification for an even bigger intervention.

But thankfully Minnesota still has governor knucklehead running things in the state and that hipster doofus mayor still running Minneapolis. That almost guarantees a lack of success no matter what happens.

Here's when the wheels first begin to move after the car has stopped reversing. So to say, when she put it in drive and floored it:

By shot 2, he's already perpendicular to the car. You can very clearly see the slide move and the shell casing be ejected while he's entirely off to the side.
But even by shot 1, the placement of his feet marks him as not at all in the way of the vehicle.

His body is still half in front of the vehicle when he fires the first shot, as is clear from the behind the vehicle driver's side video

The video from farther down the street, passenger side, clearly shows him getting clipped by the driver's side front corner and then he slides along the driver's side front quarterpanel for a moment. This would, of course, be impossible if he was not at all in the way of the vehicle

I question whether the people insisting they have watched the videos have actually watched the videos

Holy shit, you're saying it's not a justified shot because by the time he had fired his gun, after deciding within a split-second of the car moving toward him and after he was hit, he was barely to the side of the car? Jesus H. That's not how justified use of force works. Hell, he didn't even have to be in front of the vehicle at any point if he thought a bystander, let alone another law enforcement agent, had a reasonable possibility of death or great bodily harm from this woman. She signed her death warrant the second she put the car in drive.

The article contains the video of the black man video recording from his house with the woman crying that her "wife" was shot and she didn't know what to do. And that she has a 6 year old in day care. The person also claims she wasn't part of the protest.

I am starting to believe that the video is true. The black home owner had posted an earlier video showing what was going on at the incident. I don't know if it is true that she wasn't part of the protest. Why would her partner be there so fast and not be in the car? Following behind in the parade being led?

What about the picture of Nicole Good at a pro-immigrant rally? Is that really her, or just a look-a-like?
