So I saw this on his Patreon page, under rewards.

Imagine that, if some random Andy the Autist actually decides to give Jerry $500 (per month??), then Jerry will send out a recommendation to a financial advisor, or possibly even an employer (I know it doesn't say 'employer', let's assume for the fun of it). Said financial advisor or employer decides to look up on this "Lily Peet" woman, and finds that this person is some kind of insane, sociopathic pedophile (who isn't even a woman at all!), and this Andy the Autist just realized that it wasn't worth throwing away $500 just to get one of his favorite youtubers to give him a glaring recommendation.

And what would Jerry even put in this hypothetical recommendation?
"So, this guy is donating $500 to me every month, so you should totally hire him. Oh, and don't search my name online."

$500 well spent.

Alternatively, do you guys think Lizzy has some kind of cuckolding fetish? And that's the reason she decided to marry Jerry, knowing full well that he's polyamorous?

I'd like to think Lizzy does NOT know he's polyamorous. Jerry's divulging it, on the internet to some randy, and hopes that he can just deny it if Lizzy ever questions him like everything else brought up against him.


It'd be hilarious if this little fact is what breaks their relationship in the future. Isn't Lizzy Christian? I can't imagine she'd be cool with cuckolding. Hell, most people that aren't Christian don't react well to finding out their partner is seeing other people.

She's Christian but is married to(?) an open transgender. She most likely thinks it's okay to deviate from what the scriptures dictate as "right" and "wrong" (although I've never seen any bible verses saying that being trans is wrong).

I'm not saying that's inherently a bad thing, just in case Jerry wants to use this as some kind of proof of our 'hypocrisies' for the sake of clarity. If you are a Christian and fall in love with an LGBT person, more power to you.

So, if she's okay with dating who she sees as a transgendered woman, (making her a lesbian in her own eyes) I don't see why she'd strictly draw the line at cuckolding or polyamory... unless, as you said, she knows nothing about it and assumes Jerry's polyamory is just unfaithfulness. Well, that is, if anyone ELSE actually finds Jerry somehow attractive. I find it very unlikely that she doesn't know about Jerry proclaiming himself as polyamorous, though. Ignoring the fact that they're engaged, likely married at this point, I remember he's made a post in the past about shipping certain Overwatch characters together in a polyamorus relationship, stating that monogamy was 'selfish'. DON'T quote me on this, by the way. I'm working based on raw memory, and I can't find the post in question for the life of me to confirm. OK, so I'm just going to state that I have no idea what goes on between this guy and his Internet waifu. That being said, from the information presented to me, it would astound me if the relationship approached anything even remotely resembling healthy.
Perhaps he's started throwing the idea out that monogamy is inherently selfish in a relationship, like you said. He might have even had her agree with him, at least in a joking manner. He then "comes out" as poly on tumblr and waits for her to confront him about it. Just because she's OK with dating a trans person (or whatever Jerry is) does not mean that she is OK with polyamory. Hell, imagine you're in a relationship and OK with it. You've never really discussed it with your wife, but you're open to the idea of swinging, cuckholdry, etc. You're then at a party and you overhear your wife bragging about being in an open relationship and making out with some other dude. I don't care who you are, you're probably going to be upset. At the very least you'll be angry about the lack of prior communication on the issue.
So then she confronts him about it and tries to have a healthy discussion about boundaries. Jerry then flips out and calls her selfish, among other fun things. He will also attempt to manipulate her in some way. "You claim to be a tolerant follower of Jesus, but you're cutting me off from all love except yours?" Probably also using his trans status as a shield somehow. Then, maybe, he ignores her calls and texts for at least a few days. He might even give her a deadline and a list of demands, literally holding the relationship hostage. Lizzy, not wanting to destroy a relationship (or, God forbid, a marriage) over the argument gives in and apologizes for being so selfish and intolerant. Jerry gets to play the oppressed victim and now feels empowered and in control. It's just a hypothetical scenario, like I said, but I don't think it's far from the truth. Or maybe they discussed it beforehand and she has no problem with it.
I'd also like to go on the record and state that polyamory is a romantic involvement. It's not just screwing someone on the side. I'm not sure if the tumblr transtrender crowd uses it in this fashion, I'm just stating the actual, dictionary definition of the term.
That being said, I don't think that this will be an actual issue aside from Jerry "cybering" with some thirteen-year-old follower and forcing him to watch him strip for the camera.

Who exactly is doing that? I have never seen anyone complain that the love interest is PoC.

Meanwhile, what I HAVE seen is people cry that the movie is somehow not diverse enough... while having one of the most diverse casts in all of the MCU. I'd be happy to share some relevant links. Likewise, I'd be happy to see some relevant links relating to people complaining about the love interest being PoC.

I assume he's just throwing a temper tantrum about someone who wouldn't be on his podcast or something. Podcasts are just a group of people talking. Very little editing takes place.
