Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

I wonder if deep down inside he was a lousy shot, or, he was just trying to "Make some noise" and misguidedly thought the cops would fire warning shots back at him as long as he was only winging people, and he'd have an opportunity to peacefully surrender after he'd proved his point and enjoy his newfound fame?

I started the election cycle thinking Trump was a populist joke that was just gonna make the Republican party look like shit and hand the election to Jeb, who would then get murdered by Hillary. I didn't think Trump was too smart, a very good business man or even that likable.

Then he ended up proving me wrong at every turn. His populist shit was actually able to stand up to scrutiny, his ability to win was proven over and over, his business acumen was on full display and he just kept winning and I will be damned if it didn't win me over. He's brought a level of actual clarity to how the government actually works, he's put the cards on the table and called every bluff made in the last quarter century and most of all he's baited the other side just enough to watch them go crazy while being able to laugh at them for it.

As someone with years of experience dealing with the federal government, I honestly think Trump is a godsend in ways people won't be aware of for decades. He's managing to fix actual issues without actually putting forth legislation, just by criticizing the right people in the right venues he's managed to re-calibrate a lot of shit that hasn't been touched for a very long time for fear of political fallout. And he's done it without having to actually pozload my negholep. It's a goddamed circus thats managed to build it's own tent

"WE IZ GUNNA STUMP DA TRUMP"

In a spartan office at the Justice Department, a team of experienced prosecutors is conducting a rapidly expanding probe into the Trump campaign’s possible ties to Russia — and into whether President Donald Trump himself may be guilty of obstruction of justice.

Led by special counsel Robert Mueller, a former FBI director, the team includes heavy hitters like Michael Dreeben, an expert on criminal law who has argued more than 100 cases in front of the Supreme Court, and Andrew Weissmann, a seasoned prosecutor who’s spent his career going after organized crime.

Adding to the firepower are James Quarles, a former assistant special prosecutor for the Watergate investigation; Jeannie Rhee, a former senior adviser to former Attorney General Eric Holder and a white-collar crime specialist; and Aaron Zebley, a cybersecurity expert who spent decades in the FBI before joining a private practice.

The appointments come amid growing signs that Trump himself is in Mueller’s crosshairs: On Tuesday night, the Washington Post reported that the special counsel was directly investigating whether the president’s decision to fire former FBI Director James Comey was an effort to obstruct justice.
TL;DR
This article goes nowhere.

I guess their strategy is just to play up the fact that Trump is under investigation, but down play the fact that they haven't actually found any evidence. I'm really skeptical that any of those people believe that they have any chance of finding anything criminal, since the previous investigations have all failed to turn up anything. I think they're just playing to the court of public opinion at this point.

Nobody would ever say Trump is a modern day Einstein or anything but he's rather wily and good at manipulation in a way that people really underestimated.

Do these people with these insatiable impeachement boners have a good explaination for how they intend to push that through a GOP dominated congress?

Nixon didn't call it quits until it was clear his party would not back him unilaterally
Plus, you know, Nixon actually did something illegal. They don't seem to get this isn't some third world banana republic, beating the other candidate in a election isn't a crime.
