If they're going to siphon creativity from a popular '00s era franchise, why not Lord of the Rings?

Orcs are the deplorables, Sauron is some kind of culmination of all the bad 'isms and phobias with Saruman being his puppet.

Of course the good guys would the little people, the hobbits aka SJWs in their little fantasy world.

Fortunately though I don't think they much like the LoTR trilogy because it has no PoCs in it, or for that matter, very few female characters. And it was written, like, in the 20th century man. Ew, old white men.

SJWs hate LOTR because the men who work with Sauron are POCs, and considering most of them spend their days watching children's cartoons, I don't think they have the ability to sit through a 3 hour movie that isn't the Hunger Games.

Honestly, I'm surprised we aren't seeing more tortured references to that franchise. Did everyone realize it was shit once the final movie came out?
