This isn't true. The conditions for releasing bodycam video outside of trial is governed by statute. It's why Null offered the $5k to April to release it. There was never a "no longer active" component to releasing it. The two avenues of release were 1) if it was played to a jury and admitted as evidence in a trial or 2) released by persons on the video that received it as part of evidence. Nick almost screwed himself with the Frank's hearing nonsense as he referred to the video but that didn't pan out. Since Null donated the money to charity, I suspect the offer to April (and Kayla) is no longer on the table.

Nick's claimed most of his money is from youtube memberships, unless he's claiming locals has bounced back (it hasn't) or he's getting ad revenue (the views don't support that on playboard, but that's the only thing that would earn money from youtube subs. Unless you're doing your own in-video ad reads, but even those are generally performance based (ie views, not subs).).
