It doesn't make sense when Phil says "I am in the middle of two homes. Our walls are connected on each side."
Judging by the home where Google Earth shows DSP's address is, that was a lie.

I wonder if he lied in a effort to try and impress for some reason, or to force pity points out of his viewers and "fans"

What a stunning voice.

I've never seen that video, but oh my god. How Panda managaed to stomach calling that her mate, I can't even begin to comprehend. There's nothing but disgust and disdain in her face the entire time. She even shakes her head No at some of his fails.

Phil may or may not die alone, but I doubt he'll ever find someone as tolerant as Panda was towards his greasy uncharismatic ass.

"Akuma is banned!"
You're playing online and not at EVO, goutboy.
And iirc, he was maining Akuma back in the day.

Edit:
That's mostly wrong. He used Akuma in HDR (HD Remix) back in the early days of the game. FYI, HDR was the 7th version of Street Fighter 2 and it had nice new sprite art and rebalanced gameplay. People didn't realize that Akuma was stupidly good braindead top tier in that game in the early days. It wasn't until Damdai (who was a friend of Phil's around this time) started using Akuma in tournaments when everyone realized that he was broken. Side note: Damdai is considered to be one of the best Street Fighter 2 (ST) players in the world.
Ah! You're completely right. I was thinking of this vid of him beating Justin Wong in HDR

"Broken" is a term for fighting games that refers to a character or a mechanic or even the entire game as being horribly balanced, has infinites, touch of death shit, and etc. I.E. "Akuma is broken doods!"

So Phil got a couple of wins on people like Justin Wong with Akuma in HDR before people realized how broken he was. Thus, Akuma was banned from tournaments.

Akuma has and always will be banned in ST. ST is the 5th version of Street Fighter 2 (Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo and try to say that five times fast) and is considered the definitive version of Street Fighter 2 and nothing but the original arcade version is considered acceptable.

Wait, so you're telling me this fucking New-Geo conversion of Street Fighter isn't the right one? That's fucking bullshit, dood. I got best player in the US on it, so you just must be a fucking amateur.

I thought he lived in the north end of the complex, not the middle. The building might look different since it's 3 units; that one looks the same as the others around it.

Phil's transformation into Lone Tear God is almost complete. All he needs is start saying GTAB in blackface and he's done.

I would love to ask an actual pro/tournament player if playing online is really that bad. I imagine you can feel some sort of delay, but even after having ten years to learn how to fucking play online, Phil is still playing it up like he could beat any of these people offline.

Online in fighting games will never be truly acceptable if you're a serious player, because it's a genre where a 60th of a second can make all the difference. This is why games like Street Fighter 5 have such a bad reputation, because to try and amend the issues of online, they've deliberately implemented input lag offline to make the online/offline difference less noticable by gimping the overall game at its core.

You're never going to get used to lag online in fighting games because it fundamentally ruins the game, in a way, and will never accurately represent how the game is meant to be played, no matter how far technology advances. Online is just incompatible with a genre that requires one-frame precision for certain combos and movements.

With all this said, Phil would still lose offline.

Phil is just full of shit. There is only delay because he wants there to be. It can't be because of his terrible play

I understand that the online experience isn't ideal for a game that requires precise input, but... hey Phil, lag affects both players. If the opponent can "exploit" "online lag" to body you, guess what? He's a better player than you! You fucking scrub.

This reminds me of the earlier competitive days of DotA (when it was just a custom map in Warcraft 3). Players would play competitive games with a 500ms ping and they learned how to adapt to it - either by playing safe, avoiding characters that required too much precision like Pudge, and so on. Sure, it's different from playing in a LAN environment, but you can't tell me that it's completely unplayable unless your internet is very laggy (which can happen sometimes, sure).

I don't think Phil is losing because of lag. I just responded to the person asking if online is really that bad for fighting games, and the answer to that is yes, even with games like Guilty Gear Xrd or Tekken Tag Tournament 2 that have legitimately great netplay for what it is. Street Fighter 5 has legitimately awful online which is, genuinely, completely unplayable sometimes, and sometimes for just one player and not both. I don't think USF2 has that problem, though.

Again, even if it did, Phil would still be losing offline, so it's moot.

Lazy manbaby stayed up too late watching wrestling and decided to make the big boy decision to have all of his streams permanently start at 12:30 instead of 11:30. Waking up before noon is so hard. But it's "as they used to" so it's like the good ol' days, right?
If he had any sort of intelligence he would start his stream at around 4 and run it until 10. A fair portion of his audience are irresponsible kiddos, but the bulk of viewership online isn't until the evening when most people come home from their jobs.
The dingo wants to do this nonsensical split schedule routine which will eventually morph into a couple of 2-hour streams.
No amount of begging will make up for barely ever playing anything live. His pride and laziness are the ultimate detractors.
